If it was possible to give a 0, I’d .. The unholy trinity of dishonesty, rudeness, low quality is the plinth of this company .. I wanted to send some flowers for my mother on her birthday .. They live exactly 3-4 mins walk long distance from the Jessore road and yet, the delivery man continued rudely fighting with them that he can’t come to drop the item at their house and constantly kept pressurizing my 70+ yr old parents to come pick it up from the main road .. Did I not already pay for this? I had to pay 3000/- for a low quality flower that looks NOTHING LIKE what was shown on the website and probably cost 300/- at max .. So, at least the service should be good? The story doesn’t end there .. I get a text while the delivery was happening that I need to pay 350/- extra for the delivery because my parents don’t live right on the Jessore road and 3 mins walking distance away .. Imagine the atrocity .

I recently placed an online order with floraindia for a special bouquet to be delivered to my fiancee for her birthday. Unfortunately, it looked noticeably different from the one 1 ordered. Key items like the large decorative bow were missing, looked smaller, not a fresh flowers and overall it didn't match the quality or appearance shown on their website.
This was meant to be a heartfelt gesture for someone very special to me, and I am quite disappointed with the execution. I reached out to the shopkeeper, and she saw my messages, but I haven’t heard back from her. Really disappointing!

I ordered flowers and cake for my dad’s birthday and they messaged me to say that orange Lillie’s were not available as shown in picture so they will replace them with pink ones. This was ok as bouquet would still look same. But when I saw the cake that my dad got I was very disappointed. It looked nothing like the photo, they could’ve messaged me and changed it if the fruit is not fresh or out of season. I could’ve chosen a different cake.

Floraindia offers fresh flowers, prompt delivery, and excellent service. Highly recommended for making any occasion special!

It was my first time to work with FloraIndia, and I was thrilled to see how good they are in customer service, heck they have a WhatsApp number for international callers. They have very elegant floral arrangements on line, at reasonable rates. I was going to send only two floral arrangements, but seeing how swift they were in international deliveries, I ended up sending another two floral arrangements to the same place. In total, I sent 4 floral arrangements from FloraIndia just a week ago.

Customer Service lady Puja stayed in touch with me through WhatsApp messages giving me the status of my deliveries.

I will strongly recommend FloraIndia to everyone. And I have given them 5 stars out of five stars.

Pathetic. They never delivered my mothers day flowers and their customer service is impossible to get in touch.All follow up messages in vain.

They are cheats and frauds. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THEM. I placed an order for Mother’s Day and they did not deliver. Their numbers were only ringing and no one even bothered to respond on WhatsApp. PLEASE REPORT THEM as they have everything built up as if it’s a genuine website but it’s all fake and fraud.

Honestly, I ordered from these clowns by mistake. I usually go with Interflora, but their name was so damn similar I didn’t realise it was some knockoff brand. Just a heads up to everyone—don’t waste your money on Florainda. Absolute joke of a company. No tracking info, zero communication, and when you contact them, they fob you off with some BS about "delivery before 9PM." Guess what? 9PM comes and goes—no parcel, no reply, nothing. And then they start dodging calls like cowards. Pick up for a second just to hang up? Pathetic. I seriously wish I’d double-checked before ordering. They completely ruined Mother’s Day for me. Total garbage service. I have reported them to the National Consumer forum. I suggest do the same whoever is scammed by them.

Update 12th May: Audacity to send me mail that order is delivered. To whom? Where? Scammers!!!

I recently order a combo of a cake and flower and they delivered little late but the quality of those product was just amazing totally.

I wish my husband had read reviews before he sent me flowers while I was in India. FloroIndia claimed that they attempted delivery on the day the flowers were supposed to be delivered in Delhi but that was not true!

After the day had passed, it took me at least 15 phone calls and one more week for them to deliver a shitty bunch of flowers. They made us wait five hours on the promised day of delivery before we gave up hope and then they delivered by the end of the day whereas they were supposed to deliver in the morning!!

Every time someone would pick up the phone, they would lie through their teeth saying the courier on its way. Will never use their service again. Stay clear. AVOID!!!

Delivered After 11 PM when I Ordered In Morning. No response on WhatsApp number, The Description Said "Half Kg Assorted Dry Fruit Box & A Handle Basket With 10 Red Roses And A White Teddy." Whereas There Were Only 4 Roses And Only 100 Gms Of Cashews And Raisens. This Is Pathetic Service. I Want My Money Back

The app lacks identifying delivery postal code if the they cannot deliver on a certain location it should not proceed to payments and when payments gets deducted they reply after 12 hours that it cannot deliver the product, i have wasted my time, energy going through all the procedure otherwise i would have used other sources and my special day got ruined . i will highly suggest not to use floraindia the non reliable company. their tagline is a lie same day delivery in 250+ cities.

Total fraud, no answer on phone call. They mention my packet is delivered but actually it not arrived and they didn't even bother for reply or answer the phone call. If have negative option to selectation so I give -1000 to them l, don't use there service.

Very bad service. Flora India promise to deliver by certain time, charge money to deliver by certain time then dont deliver, dont inform..very unprofessional

Pathetic service do not use FLORAINDAI these guys messed up on the day of valentine, after receiving the payment no reply on message neither they answered the call. It's a Delhi based company, a place where all fraudster operates.

It was my friend’s birthday and I ordered cake and flowers for him. He really loved it and I was so happy . The cake was so yummy and delicious and exact same as the picture. They even sent one complimentary cake which added one point to order from here. Trust me guys you’ll not regret after ordering from here.

Absolutely dreadful experience with Floraindia.com. Ordered flowers for a special occasion, but what arrived was a wilted mess that looked nothing like the picture. Delivery was late, and customer service was non-existent. Complete waste of money. Avoid at all costs! 🌸👎

The customer service is extremely polite and cooperative. Floraindia delivered my cake and flowers to Ranchi dot on time and the products were also great. Definitely a returning customer.

From last 2 years I have been using Floraindia to send flowers and cakes for my friends’ birthdays. And I recently ordered a bouquet for my friend’s birthday from Floraindia. The flowers were delivered on time and were fresh and beautifully arranged. Thank you Floraindia for the amazing experience. Would totally recommend.
