ABSOLUTELY SCAM

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DONOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE THEY ARE TOTALLY SCAM, never delivered full order, i order cake, flowers and chocolate with Rakhi, they just delivered rakhi and chocolate, no cake or floweres and then asked me to pay more to get it delivered. I paid extra charges which I shouldn’t have paid, still no order is delivered. THEY DONOT ANSWER ANY CALLS NOR THEY RESPOND TO EMAIL OR TEXT, WILL FAKE MARK THE ORDER AS DELIVERED BUT IT WILL NEVER BE DELIVERED. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY

MAKE HUGE MISTAKES AND BLOCKED MY NUMBER WHEN IT CAME TO REFUND, PLEASE PLEASE NEVER USE THIS SERVICE

I have been using this co since January of this year to send cake, flowers, and sweets to friends and family. Last week Friday I put an order for a cake to Kolkata for my family and they have sent orders to this location 2 times prior to this. At 1 pm Saturday, I checked the website marked as cake delivered. I called but customer care did not receive calls. I was able to get the customer care after multiple try, the gentleman informed me that he will call back after 20 minutes. After 1 hr no call, I called back and then the same person informed me that it was mistakenly marked as delivered and they will deliver it, however unable to provide any time. At last at 7 pm it was delivered to my family, and I was also present. We did not able to enjoy the cake (Blackforest eggless) as the quality of the cake was worst. It seemed we received a cake from a local bakery. I tasted the same cake other times from this co, so I ordered this. However the taste did not feel like a freshly baked cake. I am very much disappointed this time. They are on whats app, I wrote to them that the cake was not delivered and I am unable to get anyone on line. However, till today they did not acknowledge.

AVOID! Horrible company! they make huge mistakes on your order then they back out when it comes time to refund or compensate for their mistake. Zero level of customer service and they don't even escalate to a supervisor nor give you the name of the representative who has zero level of customer service.

I've ordered flowers from overseas numerous times and every time I've had great experiences.
On time delivery and the flowers delivered looked even better in person!
Would definitely continue using in the future

Pathetic service... False promises... Undelivered items ... That's the summary of the experience I've had with FloraIndia!
Customer care is useless... Nobody responds !

What is written nicely on the website is all not true.
I ordered big flower bouquet and paid extra for delivery before 10AM,
What receiver got: absolutely different smaller bouquet with damaged Lilly flower in the center after 10am!!!! Looks cheaper and smaller
So disappointed.
Worst experience

I usually order flowers to india from Australia using Floraindia. My past experiences for sweets and dryfruits has not been positive as  expired sweets and lower grade dry fruits were delivered. It is related to the city as well, I believe.

Unfortunately, my recent experience with the company is not positive. I ordered three Diwali gift hampers to different cities. While one is delivered, fate of other two is still not known.

As we all know, calling, messaging, sending emails doesn't help. Forget about money return.

In Australia, we have a department called as'Department of fair trading'. If you are not happy with your business dealing you can approach them and get very quick outcome. If there are lots of complaints against a business, the business loses his licence. I wish, we could have something similar in India as well.

Worst customer service ever ordered flowers month ago and still not delivered and trying to contact them and they are ignoring my messages and said we will issue refund even that is still not given they are scammer dont ordere anything from them they will take your money and wont deliver the products stay away from this site
