Customer service was outstanding throughout the entire experience. Sean took the time to clearly explain all aspects of the system, including the associated costs, ensuring there were no surprises.
Karan, who handled the installation, also went above and beyond. He worked closely with us to determine the best placement for the equipment and took the time to walk us through how everything operates.
Overall, a smooth and highly positive experience from start to finish.

I reached out to fluent and had several sales people reach back out to me. I told them I was only available to be contacted by e-mail, so one of the sales people sent me a series of questions to answer pretty much immediately. They all seemed very interested in responding when they thought I would be buying a ton of equipment from them. As soon as I asked about buying used equipment to use from someone I heard nothing back. I sent a follow up e-mail asking if they could come to my business to give advice on what was needed and nothing. I sent one more e-mail asking if they no longer wanted my business. Crickets.
The funny thing is, I had to contact a different company and I was very easily convinced to buy new equipment upfront anyhow, so if they gave it even a little bit more of an effort to work with me the sales team would have still made money. Just gross that a company that is evidently supposed to care about giving you security to keep you safe has no interest in even signing you on as a client if you're not going to make them commission. Really disappointed in this customer service, and this makes me happy I didn't go with them as I question how responsive they would be in case of an emergency.

They have refused to cancel a competed contract on a home that was sold 4 years ago. As of 5/20/26 they are still charging an 81 year old stoke victim for service on a house she doesn't own. SNAKES!!! PREY ON ELDERLY!!! We are working with the attorney general in Ohio but the company is in Canada so it makes everything harder. Do yourself a favor and don't sign up.
