Support requests are answered very quickly, professionally, and kindly. "Kindly" is something I've never used in feedback before. Nitin genuinely cares about the success of his clients, and this shows in the quality of the product AND his thoughtful, helpful, timely replies. Flowmattic is great and just keeps getting better. FlowMattic software is awesome. It is easy to use and has features that beat some of the bigger known competitors. I love that it runs on my server and that we don't have to pay per action.
Support is always responsive when needed and new features are added frequently.

I am loving it because it's one of a few tools that work natively with my Voxel theme. As any automation tool it has its glitches but really pleased with Nitin's personal support as we exchanged over 50 emails in which he not only upgraded the integration but also debugged the issue in my setup which turned out to be a block on my firewall. Great work ethics and care about their customers and software

Even after more than three years since launch, there are no proper manuals, how to do section, help section etc. Support is very sketchy and responds at random intervals of time.

There is a facebook group of Flowmattic where largely those who made the initial Lifetime Deal Purchase are invited. Some small discussions once in a while on the new integrations being made is discussed. With no clear intent visible even in this very long time to produce manuals, have a workable code without so many glitches it is turned out to be not just a waste of money, but a muc more serious waste of time and stuck up business goals. Cannot Rely on this setup. One man show with a couple of junior employees at most.

Repeated Lifetime Deals have come showing inability to generate ongoing MRR showing this is a company on very weak foundations.

Most of the automations are broken. Support hardly repsonds with any solutionis. Upsells are discussed but even on persisting with the developers of the company for as long as a year even paid support doesnt result into working solutions.

Sheer consumption of time and effort. Strongly recommend to look for other solutions

Effectively having Zapier/Pabbly/N8N, etc but in Wordpress and with much deeper integrations with various Wordpress plugins and with the WP ecosystem.

It is very cost effective as don't pay per task. You can run millions of operations for the same fixed cost.

If you're a no-code user you will love this tool.

But even if you want to use low code (as I sometimes do) it allows you to do that e.g. calling PHP functions including ones you can code yourself (or get AI to code for you)

This is by far the best WP automation tool on the market (I've used pretty much all of them).

And it can even act as a replacement for other SaaS options like Zapier etc.

The level of development on the tool over the last few years by Nitin and his team has been fantastic.

This is a really great wordpress plugin with extremly usefull features. The support team is super fast and they are listen to customer needs and comments. We receive regulary updates. I´m super happy with flowmattic and the service they provide

A+ support and fantastic product that they are always adding and improving.

So much potential but so many bugs and slow turn around time to fix those bugs. If you have a development, staging, or a hobby site Flowmattic is fine.

If you want to use Flowmattic on a production site with major traffic, try using a more stable solution. Definitely don't trust it with an enterprise site. It has so much potential but is just too unstable for prime time.

The developers are accessible and generally responsive. However, the product is managed like a startup that is trying to scale and doesn't yet have quality control figured out. They add and maintain integrations but things keep breaking and support is responsive but slow to actually implement the fixes.

In summary, Flowmattic doesn't give me peace of mind as a site owner. I love the potential but it needs quality control.

Thanks team flowmattic for creating such an amazing plugin... it really helped in making life easy when it comes to bulding automations as well as easy on pockets also... with the kind of use cases i am heaving any other software would have charged a bomb for these number of executions... and on top of that... amazing support that M Yawalkar gives so patiently answering all the questions and making sure that if something is stuck in the workflow he personally checks it and resolves it... this is what a super customer support is... thanks again team flowmattic for the amazing plugin
