totally a scam company. poor ai system and management. promise to return refund but wait more than a month no news at all.

Scammers! I backed out of the purchase at 2 different sites and they charged me twice anyway somehow. I was looking at Flowomatic Ai Agents 2.0 The site said the purchase wasn't complete. I told them this and that I didn't want it at all. They saw that it charged me twice and replied to me saying so but ignored my demand for refund. This has been going on for weeks and I now get this in an email after saying I'm going to cut loose with bad reviews everywhere I can:

Beware. I was just looking at their site. I was checking out how many tokens you get and cost. I accidentally hit a button. And it looked like I was purchasing it. I immediately backed out. I didn't enter my credit card number. Never thought any more about it. BUT 2 days later my credit card is charged. I have been going back and forth every day trying to get my credit card credited. All I keep getting is offers to give me a different program. This is beyond my boiling point now.

Absolutely terrible company to deal with when requesting a refund which they state can have a refund if not satisfied. They kept sending me emails offering me more rubbish subscriptions which I made very clear I was not interested in but hey the persisted hoping I'd stay with them. I've told them I'm going to do a chargeback as they said they have processed the refund and will take 7-10 business days, but here I am 14 business days later and no refund. Avoid this company at all costs. Much better companies out there than these rip off merchants. You only have to look at the countless bad reviews to see how rubbish they are

I purchased a package, 3 days ago and have been unable to log in, apparently it has been escalated. I have asked for a refund.

They promise a lot and deliver nothing. They use open source models and promote them as equal to Midjourney and other state of the art models. Their text tools barely work and anything to do with ImageGen + Audio/Video doesn't work at all (even with open source models LOL). It's a scam. Their customer support uses AI responses and they will not refund even though when buying they say: Money back guaranteed.

Total Scammers, their service is not working, and they stopped answering my messages. I've just asked for a refund, they ignored me, so I went to the bank for a complaint to Stripe.

Every attempt to generate with any module results in a failure. The image does not generate I have tried simple and complex prompts none of which worked. I got in touch with Flaxxa asking for a refund, they asked what the issue was so i told them and supplied screenshots and screen recording and they havent bothered replying.

The ad they used on facebook, clearly stated there was a 30 day money back guarantee. They have not honored that refund statement. In addition, the policy of the refund is not shown to you until you make the purchase. I made a request for refund within 48 hours on December 24th, and still have not received a refund even though they claim it is coming and has to be "approved" with a 10% restocking fee.They are criminal scammers..period.

I made a purchase from Flaaxa.ai.I was encountering problems , but the customer service solved most of them. Over all its working fine.

Do not deal with Flaxxa ai ,bad company and dishonest. I recently purchased programs and paid $27. The program ad said it included text to video, among other things. After purchasing it I noticed this was not included, and I have to purchase something else to get this. I informed them and since then, instead of refunding me the amount, they continue to reply by giving upgrades that I dont need. This has been going on since more than a month, Do Not deal with this scam and dishonest company, I will look up the name of the owner.

I recently purchased a Flaxxa Wapi subscription for $27, which was advertised as offering unlimited access. However, after completing the payment, I was informed that an additional $57 was required to unlock full access with AI features. After a long discussions, I paid the additional amount.

Once my account was upgraded, I discovered that the platform does not provide any real AI functionality. The so-called “AI” features are limited to basic keyword-based triggers, which do not meet the expectations set during the purchase.

When I raised this concern with their support team, they stopped responding. As a result, I submitted a refund request, but instead of addressing it, they tried convincing me to continue using the same subscription. After I declined, they have completely stopped communication—I have received no response for over two weeks, neither via email nor WhatsApp.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to not invest in such scam companies just because they are cheap.

I've never seen such an unreliable company. They deceive users beautifully. They start by offering unlimited access for $27, then keep ripping you off by saying "just one more step."

When you ask for a refund, they stall you by saying "we'll give you this for free, we'll give you that for free." When you say you don't want it, they send another email a few days later saying "we'll give you this too." I haven't received a refund for days. Even though I've said "I'll complain about you everywhere," they don't even respond to my emails. But I will share this information with other users wherever this company's name is mentioned. Absolutely avoid companies like this.

Wish I'd read these reviews first as it does not work as advertised and when you ask for a refund they keep offering access to other poor products and then ignore your emails.

I purchased a Flaxxa AI subscription after seeing their ad claiming unlimited video generation at a low price. After signing up, I was prompted to buy another tier, again advertised as the level that unlocks unlimited video generation. I upgraded, only to find that the feature still wasn’t included and the system asked me to upgrade yet again.

When I reached out for a refund, support offered me a different plan instead. Even with that upgrade, the video generator only produced a few-second clips and was limited to 10 videos per month, which is far from what was advertised. The only feature I needed was the video tool, and it didn’t match their marketing at all.

For two weeks I’ve been requesting a refund, and every response has been a repetitive attempt to persuade me to try more features instead of processing my refund. It feels like they are deliberately avoiding honouring the request.

Based on my experience, the advertising was misleading and the support process has been unhelpful and evasive. I won’t be recommending Flaxxa AI and hope others read this before purchasing.

1. First I purchased the Premium $27.
2. Then I added Monthly credits for $10.
Once I purchased this, then I was asked if I can purchase the unlimited credits, that is the Pro Unlimited plan without any constraints on the credits for $67.
3. I purchased Pro Unlimited for $67.
4, I was given the login credentials. I logged in to see that the Video generation was disabled and it said that for the subscription, Video generation is not there.
5. Then posted my experience in Trustpilot.
6. The team got back to me asking me to remove the negative review in Trustpilot and they promised to upgrade from Flaxxa AI Pro to Flaxxa AI Business Pro.
7. When I asked them the difference, Video generation features are AVAILABLE only in Flaxxa AI Business Pro plan.
8. So I removed the review in good faith.
9. The team sent me an email stating that the Plan has been upgraded to Flaxxa Business Pro.
10. I checked out the Video generation features. To my shock the Video generation - Text to Video was giving me Video generation error for every model I selected. So I raised a ticket.
11. Then tried out Video to Video generation. This feature was forbidden for me. Again raised a ticket.
12. No response to the tickets.
13. Raised another ticket asking them to resolve the earlier tickets.

Can anyone trust them with their hard earned money? Will the Flaxxa team tolerate if someone else gave them the same experience?

Don't know yet , was promised my refund 10 days ago and till now I am waiting. I will add to this review whatever the outcome ... Positive or negative
