Its a scam, not offering what was advertised, no support. Money down the drain for nothing. Stay away!

This has been one of the most disappointing purchases I’ve made. The advertising is seriously misleading, and people deserve to know before they waste their money like I did.

The product was promoted as offering image generation, social platform connections, video creation, and other key tools. But once you pay, you quickly realise that these features are NOT included. Instead, you're told you must upgrade to a much more expensive plan just to access basic functions like creating images — something the ads made it seem you were already paying for.

It feels like a bait-and-switch. The package I bought doesn’t deliver anything close to what was advertised. None of the essential tools I needed were available, and the lack of transparency is unacceptable.

If you’re considering buying this, don’t. Save your money. The platform does not provide what it promises, and you’ll end up paying more just to get the features you thought were included in the first place.

I wish I had seen a review like this before purchasing — it would have saved me time, money, and frustration.

Zero stars if I could! They take your money. Offer ai tools they don’t deliver & then refuse to give a refund that they guaranteed at purchase if you’re not satisfied. It’s a scam & false advertising. Do not buy from them. They respond to refund emails by offering other products to make you happy, you can decline all day & they still try. I’ve been trying to get a refund for a week now. Since the same day I purchase I’ve been trying to get a refund & no success at all. They refuse to refund money even hours after purchase. They are obviously trying to wait out the 30 day refund window to avoid refunds because they refuse to give me one & I wanted a refund that same day I purchase when I realized what I got access to after my purchase was not as promised. Waste of money. & this is the second ai tool website I’ve purchase from that refuses to give refunds as promised. Makes me not even wanna purchase from any others online now altogether. So disappointing that there’s people out there scamming people who are just trying to learn ai tools. Absolutely shameful to all the websites out there doing it. Especially this one who responds but won’t give refunds no matter what.

Scam, total scam. Once you pay, your money is gone. They do not refund.

Stay away! It is a scam! Their AI website is useless. They do not provide refund. The website indicated a 30-day money-back guarantee, but they will keep delaying until your 30 days are over.

I purchased Flowomatic on April 16, 2025, and after spending just one hour inside the system and reviewing its features, I immediately sent an email on the same day requesting a refund. Since then, I have been continuously delayed by them with offers for other products that I have clearly stated I am not interested in. Despite repeatedly informing them that I just want my refund, they have refused to process it.

It’s clear that this company is a scam. They advertise a 100% money-back guarantee within 30 days, but after payment, they do everything to avoid issuing a refund. The system they offer is not even close to what they claimed it would be, and it’s definitely not better than ChatGPT as they suggest.

I would strongly advise others to stay away from Flowomatic. They will take your money and try to delay your refund with endless excuses and offers. I will be sharing my experience everywhere until I receive my refund. DO NOT BUY from them!

It is obvious that this a Scam...
They claim that they are 10x more powerful than ChatGPT, that's impossible if they don't have the same level of resources and investment.

They claim that you can make just one lifetime payment, but they host everything in the cloud, that's impossible, because to execute queries in the cloud is expensive, and they wouldn't be able to afford it as a company.

As many already commented, don't buy from them!

SCAM!!! This company is an absolute scam! They refuse to give me my money back and instead keep sending generic, copy-paste responses that lead nowhere. No action, no resolution—just endless excuses while they keep pushing their useless services on me. It's clear they have no intention of resolving customer issues, only taking money and running. I would never use anything from them again, except maybe to get my refund—which, at this point, seems impossible. Avoid them at all costs!

SCAM ALERT!

I've reached out multiple times for a refund within the guarantee period, but it hasn’t been approved. Instead, they respond days later with offers for unnecessary items. They delay your request, extending it beyond your refund deadline. After numerous email attempts, they merely state that your money has been refunded without any confirmation or proof of transaction. Even after multiple requests, they refuse to provide proof of the refund. It's been over a month since I requested a refund. Be cautious of these scammers.

Wanted to buy their product. "One time payment" was mentioned on their web, but in videos I saw there was a "credit bar" which i think is consumed as we use credits and then we need to buy credits. So its not one time payment as they mentioned. moreover there is no option on their web to contact sales or support team to confirm that "Credits" thing before buying
