The software doesn't work. And there is no money refund. This is a scam. Dont buy!!! Very dishonest people.

I purchased a product from ViralDashboard , ViralDashboard AI v4 - Gold
expecting it to work as advertised. However, the product did not meet the claims made on their website.

When I requested a refund within the applicable period, their support team did not process it. Instead, they repeatedly asked me to “wait for updates” or gave delays without resolution.

It has now been [45days], and I have still not received my refund from the day i raised a refund request.

Key issues:

Product does not match advertised features
Refund request not honored
Repeated delays instead of resolution

I have kept all communication and proof of purchase. I am now proceeding with a chargeback and formal complaint.

I would advise others to be cautious before purchasing.

STAY AWAY, its been one week now still waiting for my refund, they keep just sending random emails and dont ever refund. its been 10 days now, they probably waiting for the 30 days and say they cannot help. They lie about the number of social media accounts you can add.

PLEASE I JUST WANT A REFUND.

I Love using ViralDashboard for posting content to my social media accounts - Facebook -- Instagram - X -- Pinterest - Google Business Profile - Linkedin AND more importantly if you run a agency like I do - I can also manage my clients inside the app! Perfection ! And lastly their support team is outstanding fixed a minor issue in record time

They just used someone else's script and renamed it. Most of the features don’t work. If you contact support, they will reply after weeks. Even after you request a refund, as they promise a 30-day money-back guarantee, they will never give you a refund. So never fall for it.

Create a bank dispute ASAP, else you will lose your hard-earned money.

Please don't fall for this garbage software.
They steal, they make promises, and they steal from you. To avoid giving you your money back, they start offering you add-ons, which are just as garbage, but they do this to pass the time and enforce their no-refund policy.

These products might look shiny, but are not working properly. At least for my requirements. The requested refund is not happening.

This is a scam. After I paid more for the so-called “lifetime deal,” they tried to charge me even more for every additional app during checkout—there were 5 to 7 extra pages of app offers, each costing around $600. I declined all of them.

Now, my “dashboard” is basically useless. It only allows me to post on social media, which I could do with any other planner. This tool doesn’t even include analytics for your posts—you have to pay extra for that. You also can’t schedule posts without paying an additional fee, separate from analytics. Email features and other basic functions are also locked behind more payments.

In short, you can’t do anything meaningful with this scammy software unless you keep paying more and more.

It's very very basic features

These guys are crooks. They run ads, promise the world, keep developing more products but these seem rushed to market and in my experience don't work. I bought ViralDashboard, tried it and it more or less worked but had glitches. I asked ViralDashboard for a refund within days of my purchase. They refused to refund me, offering me some of their other products, so I initially agreed to try Leads Mate AI. This product never worked at all, and I kept writing to Customer Service saying I just want my refund. More than a month later and they're still stalling, saying the software will be fixed. Do NOT buy any of their products. These guys are thieves.

This is the biggest scam product ever, Thank God I just opt in for the basic. The product is not good at all. They never sent the login details after weeks. Then direct you to their VIP group where everyone is bad talking the product. They are not giving and have no intention giving you back a refund...despite several errors. I hope you are not caught doing the two upgrades. i did get my refund from them finally. Thank you

I am using this software for over 4 years now and the best part of this software is that it supports multiple brands and comes with a one time license.
I literally handled 20+ Brands inside this same software and gained so many followers using the consistent posting techniques.
The social media scheduler is great and covers all the main social media apps in one platform.

I really wanted ViralDashboard to work for me, and I gave it multiple chances. After purchasing, I quickly realized the platform lacked key features I needed. I reached out to support several times and, to their credit, they responded and even offered upgrades.

Unfortunately, none of those upgrades fixed the core functionality issues I was experiencing. Despite being within the 30-day refund window, my repeated refund requests have been met with stalling tactics—more offers instead of honoring their clearly stated money-back guarantee.

This has been frustrating and time-consuming. A product that doesn’t deliver should be refunded, not pushed with endless upsells and delays.

If you're on the fence about trying this platform, proceed with caution—and be prepared to chase your refund if things don’t work out.

Thank God i am saved after reading review

The product is very complicated to use and a lot of the features don't work.

They pretend to offer a money back guarantee however, when you ask for a refund, they write back offering you this thing and that thing, until the time runs out and then they say, "sorry, it's been too long, you don't get a refund anymore."

Legal action against them needs to happen.

The company did not give what it promised and there is no refund.

8th day of back and forth with their "customer service", 8th day of them ignoring my straightforward request for a refund. Needs upsells to function, and they are not honouring anybody's request for a refund under their advertised "hassle free refund guarantee". And now, in amongst the cut and paste chat gpt relies to my email, today they added in the delightful news that this software that everybody paid a one off fee for lifetime purchase, is moving to a recurring payment model and features will stop working if people don't pay. It's a ransom. Their own Facebook VIP group is just full of people complaining that it doesn't work properly and that they aren't giving refunds when asked. Needless to say, avoid like the plague.

I ALMOST GOT CAUGHT. THANKFULLY I CHECKED REVIEWS BEFORE TO FIND OUT NOBODY GETS WHAT THEY CLAIM IN THEIR ADS LEADING TO AWFUL UNSATISFACTION. I GIVE THIS REVIEW TO SUPPORT THE CAUSE. WHEN SOMEONE DOES NOT HAVE REAL GOOD USER REVIEWS IS FOR A REASON.
