This is totally a fraud!! I am from abroad. I ordered flowers for a person in Lisbon and they told me exactly the same that the other comments, that the address was incomplete. They even suggested me to go and pick the flowers to the delivery company that they use. My person went to pick the flowers by the time and day they suggested, and was closed and nobody answer!!!! They do not offer a solution. This is a total fraud!!! Do not order in this place!!!!

I wish I had read the reviews ! Ordered flowers for my daughter who had just had a home birth , they told me they couldn’t deliver because no one was at home , (they were) and the address was incomplete ! So how they could say no one was home if they couldn’t find the address is beyond me ! Refused to refund . Suggested I pay an extra 5 euros or collect when I explained my reasons for wanting a refund they ignored me avoid unless you have money to throw away !

They had one job. After 10 days that the flowers weren't delivered, I turned to them and they told me they couldn't deliver them. Never once did they alert, call or notify. After 10 days without notice or news, their customer assistant, Natacha, proposed i'd order another Bouquet because 'it has been too long now'
Order elsewhere if you want your flowers delivered in Lisbon.

Nice flowers delivered as promised . Also contact with company was fast and good . No complains

Had my wedding flowers done by flores do cais along with my wedding bouquet. The flowers were the complete opposite of the plentiful inspiration pics I had shared, the type of flowers was also not as agreed even if we had had discussed each types and colours etc. the bouquet, well let's just say I asked if the bouquet they had delivered was a joke or the order had been exchanged with another costumer. The worse? They collected the flowers the day after without agreement or awareness from my side the morning after. All of it. They had not even asked before in our meetings and blamed me in nicely elusive messages " we are sorry you made a mistake" - yeah the mistake was choosing Flores no Cais. So overall a great let down and crappy costumer experience

Horrivel. Tomhamos uma lrereserva para ir ver a exposição e fazer a adjudicação fonal para o nosso casamento e no 4 dias antes de irmos, cancelaram a dizer que não têm disponibilidade para a nossa data de casamento.
Acho isto um escândalo porque 3 meses antes do nosso casamento, de repente ficamos sem florista.

Não recomendo a ninguém e esperonque esta situação não acomteça a mais ninguém.

Não recebi as flores, mesmo tendo ficado em casa das 8h às 14h (horário de recepção). Não recebi nenhuma ligação, ninguém responde, não há rastreamento disponível para o pacote. Perda de tempo e dinheiro. Que falta de respeito. 90 euros indo pelo ralo...

Fiz uma ordem desde Inglaterra para o Dia da Mãe.

As flores chegaram a casa da minha Mãe no dia e hora prometidas.

A minha mãe, por sua vez, que é mais entendida em flores do que eu, ficou muitíssimo contente com a caixa de rosas. Afirmando ter melhor apresentação que o ramo que mandei no ano passado de uma outra florista.

Portanto, quero agradecer a Flores no Cais pelo excelente serviço e a facilidade com que a ordem decorreu, desde o escolher as flores no site, até ao arranjo e entrega das mesma.

The flowers are always fresh, saved in good conditions, in a big box. Big bouquets. But the delivery is failing and I got flowers both times on the 2nd attempts.. hsrd to surprise a recipient.

Exmos. Senhores/as, Para todos os que respeitam o vosso tempo, dinheiro e energia, Por Favor, não usem esta empresa. Pela segunda vez consecutiva a minha Mãe infelizmente não recebeu as flores conforme o acordado.
Tentei resolver ambas as situações de forma amigável, mas sem sucesso.
Os contatos de suporte ou telefones não funcionam com brevidade.
O Sr. Ricardo Araújo (diretor geral) responde aos emails de forma grosseira e continua a enviar emails mesmo após o cliente já ter pedido para não ser incomodado. Este último continua a enviar mais emails ou promoções da empresa (após cancelamento). Uma enorme perda de tempo. O Sr. Ricardo vai culpar sempre a transportadora ou o próprio cliente (ainda que o próprio deixe as indicações necessárias e contatos disponíveis para facilitar o procedimento. Sugiro que apresentem queixa, tal como eu fiz.

I have bought flowers from them but they were never delivered. I sent 4 emails and I never got an answer. That's what I call a scam. I will continue to send them emails until I get an answer.

Placing an order from the UK for surprise delivery in Portugal.

No option shown to add 'leave safe' options when placing the order.

They say they have an additional information section but this seems to be miss-labelled if this information is destined for the courier.

Three failed delivery attempts (5€ for the third attempt)

I specifically added leave safe options via customer service for the last attempt and these were largely ignored.

c30€ later I'm told this is order in not refundable.

Waste of time and money

Surprise bouquet of flowers were sadly never received. The delivery process did not include a written alert in the postbox therefore I did not know the surprise flowers were being, or had been delivered. Apparently calls were made but I have no log of these and unknown calls are blocked. Such a sad waste of money for a beautiful gesture.

Poor quality of flowers. Roses were wilted and the other flowers were not great either. Contacted there customer service where i was told the flowers were good quality and I was not entitled to a refund or new flowers. It says on there website guaraenteed quailty and if the flowers dont arrive in good condition they will send another one. This is a lie and false advertisment. Stay away from this florist.

I ordered flowers for my mother. They did not deliver them and tried to tell me the address did not exist.
However they did manage to deliver the flower 4 days late, still telling me the house did not exist, the flowers were not accepted as they had been sitting in a van for 4 days!!!
I have sent them images of the house on google maps to demonstrate that it does exist (though obviously they know this as they tried to deliver them 4 days late) but they are not replying to me. I don't know what else to do to get my money back from this company. PLEASE DO NOT USE

I ordered flowers online from the UK for my sister in law in Portugal, I have used this company Flores no Cais to deliver flowers to her at least 2/3 times previously. The flowers were ordered on 22/9/22 for delivery on 24/9/22 to the same address as previously used. On 27/9/22 I received an email saying they had tried to deliver & now I had to pay 5Euro if I want them delivered again, I have now been advised that in addition to paying 5Euro extra the flowers cannot be delivered until 1/10/22 and they will be the original bouquet which at that point will be 7 days old! The Manager emailed me to say 'I was lucky the previous deliveries had happened'! Unfortunately I have no comeback, I cannot claim my moneyback, I do not want a 7 day old bouquet delivered and I definitely do not want to pay 5euro more for them either. Really bad Florist, my advise is DO NOT USE THEM. I did ask the Manager Ricardo to give the flowers to someone who deserves them I hope he does! But somehow thing he will not care at all !

We didn't get our flowers because the transport company couldn't be bothered to deliver even though they had a Google maps pin to our house.
No refund either so be careful.

Flowers were delivered in good state and on the date that I wanted in a small village in Cantanhede where Amazon sometimes doesn't find the address. So very pleased! Also like that fact that you can add other things to your flowers, wine, chocolates etc to create a nice gift

Flowers never arrived, they said they tried to contact me multiple times but never rang the doorbell. They did not refund the purchase. Very unsatisfying customer service!

Excellent flowers, value and service. The flowers are so fresh that some of my bouquets have lasted 2 weeks and the bouquets are exquisite. I find Portuguese florists to be very old fashioned usually with lots of red roses, carnations and glitter...but Flores no Cais's styling is amongst the best out of any florist I've used anywhere in the world.
