O atendimento ao cliente não ajuda em nada; enviam e-mails longos, cheios de mil pedidos de desculpa, mas não oferecem qualquer ajuda concreta. Simplesmente disseram que o entregariam no dia seguinte — como se eu pudesse simplesmente remarcar um aniversário para o dia seguinte. Serviço péssimo, entrega péssima e atendimento ao cliente péssimo.

Perfect, as always. I've been using this company for flowers in Portugal for years and never had a single issue. Their website is straightforward and simple to use. Beautiful flowers delivered exactly on time. Obrigada Floresnocais, perfeito.

**One star — extremely disappointing experience**

I ordered flowers from Flores no Cais on 11 August for delivery to my wife on 12 August, our wedding anniversary. The flowers were intended as a surprise, so the delivery date was obviously an important part of the purchase.

My wife remained available on the day, but the flowers did not arrive.

What followed was an extremely frustrating experience. The MRW tracking initially stated **“Destinatário adia a entrega”** (recipient postpones delivery). This was impossible: my wife did not even know that flowers had been ordered because they were a surprise. Flores no Cais subsequently acknowledged to me that this tracking entry was an inconsistency in the courier's system.

The following day, the tracking changed again — first showing the shipment out for delivery, then **“Morada de entrega incompleta”** (incomplete delivery address), and later changing to **“Envio entregue”**.

By this point, the anniversary had passed and the entire purpose of the surprise had been lost.

I had already contacted Flores no Cais on the anniversary itself and requested cancellation and a refund when the delivery failed. Rather than resolving the matter, customer support repeatedly relied on a clause in their terms allowing up to an additional 24 working hours for free deliveries and ultimately informed me that, in their view, the service had been completed and the matter was closed.

I appreciate that delays can happen and that Flores no Cais uses an external courier. My criticism is not simply that a delivery was late. It is the overall handling of the situation: the contradictory tracking information, the failure of a time-sensitive anniversary delivery, the decision to continue with the delivery after I had requested cancellation, and the refusal to provide a refund.

For a normal parcel, delivery a day later might be a relatively minor inconvenience. **Flowers ordered specifically as a surprise for an anniversary are different — the date is part of the purpose of the purchase.**

I have spent far more time dealing with this than I ever expected when ordering a bouquet of flowers.

Based solely on my own experience, I cannot recommend Flores no Cais for flowers intended for an anniversary, birthday or any other occasion where delivery on the selected date actually matters.

I wish I had checked the independent reviews before placing my order.

Péssimo serviço de entrega, incapacidade para cumprir o pedido do cliente, no que se refere ao intervalo de horário de entrega. O bouquet encomendado foi entregue no dia seguinte pela empresa MRW. A encomenda tinha uma nota com a especificação do intervalo de horário da entrega. Se a FLORES NO CAIS, não tem como assegurar a entrega, no horário estipulado pelo cliente, não aceita o pedido ou liga ao cliente para encontrar uma solução. Além de não assumir o erro na comunicação com a transportadora, imputa a não entrega ao cliente por que não estava disponível de manhã, quando a especificação da encomenda era precisamente para ser entregue a partir das 16h00. Absolutamente lamentável e muito pouco profissional.

Unacceptable delay: Mother's Day flowers were delivered 4 days late.
​Lying delivery driver: They claimed we weren't home, which is completely false (I was home all day with my 2-month-old baby and our nanny).
​Zero communication: No call or text to notify my husband (the buyer) of the issue. They just attempted a second delivery 3 days later instead of trying again the same day or the next.
​Poor quality: The flowers finally arrived partly wilted.
​No professionalism: Despite all this, the florist flatly refused any refund or compensation. Stay away.

I placed an order for delivery in Porto on June 4, and it never arrived at its destination. Two days later, I was informed of a disruption at the carrier’s intermediary logistics hub, and due to a holiday, no delivery date could be guaranteed.
I am still waiting for the refund of the amount paid.
I find it unacceptable that you offer services in areas where you are clearly unable to provide a reliable and responsive service to your clients. It appears you are attempting to cover a wider region without having the operational capacity to do so.

Really shitty company. For each person they stole the money from, I hope it goes back to them. It is insane to buy flowers for mother’s day, or for someone that lost an important person, and never get qhat they bought from. They are playing with meaninful things, trowing away the meaning of it. O que voces estao fazendo é karma brabo. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. The delivery never took place, even though it had been paid for. They claimed they had tried to contact us by phone, but that is simply not true. There was no missed call. They then blamed the issue on the fact that the phone number was international, but still European, which really should not be a problem for any serious phone provider nowadays.
The alleged second delivery attempt is also not credible to me. I stayed home specifically for the delivery, cancelled all my plans, and waited. The doorbell definitely did not ring.
In the end, €40 were simply gone. Instead of a proper delivery, I was told the flowers could be collected for 10 days from some depot north of the airport. But I am not going to drive 40 minutes out of the city for flowers that had already been without water for three days. Next time, I might as well order flowers by regular post instead of paying extra for a courier service. At least the post actually arrives, or the parcel can usually be collected from a nearby pickup point.
For prices at a Central European level, I would also expect service at a Central European standard. Unfortunately, the whole process was unprofessional, unreliable, and extremely customer-unfriendly. I will not be ordering here again.

I ordered a bouquet from Flores no Cais for delivery on April 28th as a surprise for an elderly friend.

It never arrived. One delivery attempt, one missed call from an unknown number, and then nothing. No second attempt, no follow-up, no update.

This was a perishable gift, so after a few days it became completely worthless. The whole purpose of the order was ruined.

Customer support simply hid behind their terms, claimed the service was “fulfilled,” and refused to take responsibility. Their solution? A €10 coupon for another purchase - even though I received absolutely nothing.

I paid for a delivery that never happened. Extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. I would not trust this company again!

I ordered my boyfriend flowers for our anniversary two days prior to them being delivered! The "Van Gogh" arrangement was absolutely gorgeous, everyone is complimenting them and apparently it was very well packaged for shipping purposes. He's very happy and I'm extremely grateful, so you get 5 stars and a huge thank you from me!

Like many other reviewers, my experience with this company was terrible. My daughter arranged for flowers to be delivered to me in Portugal for Mother's Day this year. They never arrived. Despite supposed numerous attempts at delivery, missing days out to ensure that I was there, excuses on address details, etc. no flowers. Please don't waste money with this company

Absolutely unacceptable service.

I ordered flowers with a clear promise of 24-hour delivery, but they arrived more than 48 hours later—completely defeating the purpose of the order.

When the flowers finally arrived, they were already wilted and in very poor condition. The packaging was dry, which clearly indicates improper storage and handling. This is not what anyone expects when paying around €40 for “fresh” flowers.

What’s even more frustrating is that after the delay, the company referred me to hidden terms and conditions with different delivery timeframes—something that directly contradicts what is advertised on their website. This feels misleading and dishonest.

Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this service to anyone looking for reliable delivery or quality products.

Flowers were never delivered despite waiting at home for delivery on multiple occasions. Customer service was unhelpful and refused to provide any refund.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Flowers were never delivered. Do not order from this company!!!! Ordered flowers to be delivered for Mothers Day for my best friend. Courier apparently attempted delivery but she heard no knock on the door, after a second attempt they were apparently left outside her house and when she checked they were not there. I also paid an additional 5euro for second delivery attempt.

Encomendei uma caixa de flores para um aniversário e a experiência foi um desastre. A transportadora MRW fez uma chamada de apenas dois toques para o meu telemóvel e enviou um SMS a dizer que a morada estava incorreta, o que é mentira. Tentei ligar de volta para o número e para a franquia da MRW repetidamente, mas ninguém atende. Para piorar, o apoio ao cliente da loja online não responde às minhas mensagens. O aniversário já passou e fiquei sem o dinheiro e sem o presente. Não recomendo esta loja nem o serviço da MRW.

The flowers were delivered three days after the designated day. No explanations, no notifications - nada. The director of the shop explained that a 24-hour delay is normal for the service, but unfortunately, there was a weekend following it, so we are sorry we delivered your flowers, intended for the funeral, on the fourth day after the event. Unbelievable. They do not even offer a "we are sorry" gesture, just regret for the inconvenience. I would not trust this shop even with the artificial flowers - they will die before they deliver.

Encomendei 100 gerberas amarelas com embrulhos individuais e entrega antecipada, serviços que foram pagos. No entanto, quando levantámos as flores no Dia da Mulher, foram entregues sem os embrulhos solicitados.

O mais preocupante foi a falta total de contacto ou acompanhamento. Não existe um ponto de contacto claro e não recebemos qualquer notificação ou resposta quando tentámos contactar o suporte ou deixar mensagens no site.

Uma experiência muito aquém do esperado, sobretudo para uma encomenda desta dimensão e numa data tão importante.

O colaborador Ricardo das flores no cais do mercado do cais foi super prestável, simpático e deu-me dicas super úteis para a ocasião! Melhor colaborador que já me atendeu nesta empresa, definitivamente recomendo irem ao estabelecimento no mercado do cais se tiverem oportunidade
