Ordered flowers for a funeral and not delivered, no reply either!!! Phoned, sent messages and emails and no reply, absolutely disgusting. I’m actually going to contact my credit card for a full refund. Stay away, it’s a scam!

Stay away from this scam. Flowers delivered three days after the agreed date, much smaller that the paid for premium. No one picks up the phone, no replies to emails when you ask for am update. Just save your money and your nerves.

Fiquei francamente mal impressionada com a dimensão e a qualidade do arranjo entregue (coração de flores), tendo em conta o valor pago (80€+6,49 € para entrega).
No site não são apresentadas dimensões ou uma referência clara à escala do produto, e o preço praticado induz legitimamente a expectativa de um arranjo substancialmente superior ao que foi efetivamente fornecido, sobretudo tratando-se de uma encomenda para um funeral. Acresce que contactei diretamente a empresa sem ter obtido qualquer esclarecimento, o que agrava a situação e cria no consumidor um sentimento de burla.

Ordered a wreath on Tuesday via the website, for it to be delivered FRIDAY 2nd January, tried all the methods to contact the company but could not get through to them. I live in the UK so I am panicking as the funeral is on the 3rd of January…

The “wreath” that cost me an outrageous amount of money was delivered this morning… It is by far the biggest joke that has been played on me this year and it’s only the 3rd of January. Wish I could post what I bought and what was delivered.

Bom dia, as flores não foram entregues como foi combinado e pago.
Contactei a loja e responderam que iriam ver o que se passava e que me ligariam logo de seguida, o que até agora(duas horas depois) nada foi dito.
Não voltarei a contactar o serviço e o meu feedback a toda a gente vai ser negativo.

Encomendei de um dia para o outro com horário de entrega na manhã seguinte e o ramo só foi entregue após a festa acabar e depois de várias tentativas de contacto não conseguidas . Responderam por whatsapp a dizer que tinha havido atraso. O ramo era bonito mas encomendei um ramo de multiflores de 50€ e fizeram um ramo de margaridas de várias cores! Caríssimo !

Mau serviço. Pedi entrega durante a manhã (contexto de funeral) e às flores chegaram de tarde, na hora de saída do funeral.

Promised delivery on the morning. Called twice at noon. Do not waste your time with this business unless you like to wait for an order that is not delivered.

Encomendei e paguei ramo de flores para ser entregue na manhã seguinte. Após saber que nao foram entregues, tento contactar o suporte ao cliente e respondem que não foi possivel fazer a entrega e que iam devolver o dinheiro!

Comprei um Buquê de rosa para fazer uma Supressa a esposa. Combinei caso não esteja em casa ligava. Nao entregam e ainda disseram que ligaram duas vezes e a pessoa rejeitou as flores. Minha esposa disse que nunca ligaram. Tive que ser eu a levantar e ir deixar. Por tel nao quiseram resolver o problema.
Não recomendo este site

If something goes wrong, and that's exactly what happened, they prefer to lose the customer forever than to fix the problem. Wrong day delivery, flowers wilting, everything drying out, practically dying.

They don't answer any phone call or messages, they don't answer any contact by email, they don't answer the chat on the website. Homeflora is a sell and forget type of business, without any consideration for the customer. If i could do a charge back, i definitely would because, that's what they deserve. A kick in the bvtt.
I do not recommend Homeflora due to risky business. Get your flowers from a reputable florist.

Se algo correr mal, e foi exatamente isso que aconteceu, eles preferem perder o cliente para sempre do que resolver o problema. Entrega no dia errado, flores a murchar, a secar e praticamente a morrer.

Eles não atendem a nenhum telefonema ou mensagem, não respondem a nenhum contato por e-mail, não respondem ao chat no website. A Homeflora é um negócio do tipo "venda e esqueça", sem nenhuma consideração pelo cliente. Se eu pudesse fazer um estorno, eu definitivamente fazia-o, porque é o que eles merecem. Um chuto no rab0.

Não recomendo a Homeflora por ser um negócio arriscado. Compre flores de uma florista de boa reputação.

The flowers (Order # 59907) were not delivered at all. I attempted to contact the seller with no response. There is no refund option and no way to speak with someone responsible.

Very disappointing experience.
I ordered 8 tulips from Homeflower and received completely different flowers — without anyone asking me for approval or offering alternatives. The delivery was made much later than scheduled, and no explanation was given. On top of that, the service is expensive for what you get. I tried contacting them, but they don’t respond — terrible customer service. I definitely won’t be ordering from them again
