I was pleasantly surpised to be contacted within a couple of days and the system was installed and commissioned within a week of our initial payment. Recently we had a solar panels with battery storage system installed by Flo Energy.
We started researching this about a year ago but were hesitant about having it done I approached Alesio Teoli at Flo energy at that time who was very helpful and offered a lot of advice to me.
Twelve months later I rang around and after more research decided to go with Flo Energy as they had several year track record by then and their prices were competitive and affordable .
We settled on a 10 x420w solar panel with a Lux 3.6 kw inverter and 3 x pylon Tec 2.4kw lithium battery storage which we had installed by one of their experienced technicians the day after the scaffold was erected .
He completed the job in a day and left having fully commissioned it and instructed me as well.
I received all the documentation and feed in certificates required for feed in to the grid the next day.
I am delighted with how the whole job was carried out and I can recommend this business.

Floenergy managed the process throughout and kept us informed all the way through. Essentially they tailored the finance and system size around our business needs rather than here's a price and system size which is often what you get from the myriad of other PV suppliers out there.
The site install team were quick and didn't impact on our business whilst installing the product.

Floenergy installed our system September 2022. They weren’t the cheapest but were still very competitive on price. Everyone claims to give good after sales support but we were very relieved to discover that Floenergy really have given us prompt friendly after sales support with good advice and recommendations.

Prompt, value for money and an effective solar system was installed. The staff were efficient, tidy and incredibly helpful especially when fitting the EV system so avoiding sightly cables. Floenergy are to be commended in particular their after care service.Well done to all!

Great communication from start to finish, Ronnie the sales & design consultant assigned to our project, kept me in the loop throughout the entire project and always made sure we were happy during the process.

Whilst Flo Energy weren't the cheapest of our three contractors, they were able to work with me on price and even managed to beat my cheapest quote.

I got floenergy to install 10 panels and a full system last year. WIth the energy crisis I thought it would take a bit of time to get my money back, but it looks like it's gonna be a few years shorter now, which is great news. We are paying nearly £0 whilst the sun's out on electricity, and with good timing on dishwasher and washing machine, we have seen bill halved. The guys in the office and fitters are all excellent, and I can highly recommend them, freindly and knowledgeable.

We had our 12 solar panels and batteries installed just and the system has functioned perfectly with zero issues.

Alessio the owner was very communicative and knowledgeable and our production has been faultless

Everything was done within a very reasonable budget and all registrations and warranties were arranged.
