I have been very happy with Floenergy who have reinstalled my solar panels following a roof renewal . A really neat and tidy job and consideration before hand with me of what would be the most cost effective way of doing the job. So thank you very much Floenergy

Too early to know fully the long term effect, but evidence so far is very good. They arrived on time, were friendly and courteous, got on with the job efficiently, tidied up fully after, and didn't take too long in completing the tasks required. The original technician, when he visited, seemed knowledgeable and didn't put me under undue sales pressure. Their phone reception was a pleasure to talk to. For now, I couldn't ask more.

My parents are 88 and 81. Floenergy sold them the idea that they would make money by buying a solar battery to connect to their existing panels. An engineer came to 'fit' the battery. He disappeared into the loft hatch. Luckily, a different company who service the existing panels saw that it was the wrong battery and not connected to anything! Floenergy admitted their mistake, and sent another engineer who connected a battery (in the garage, next to the solar system - who even was that first guy??!). This was 2 weeks ago. The battery is not working. An engineer did not turn up for the appointment that was booked yesterday, and the phone message says they are 'experiencing problems' with their phones. They have not answered my email.
My parents are not IT savvy, and do not use a mobile phone, and the whole thing has made them feel stressed and anxious, about something they don't actually need! This really feels like a company taking advantage of a vulnerable elderly couple. Sales good, implementation and customer service - awful.

The two installers never wanted a drink and just cracked on with the job.
Kept area clean and tidy throughout.
Would recommend them anytime.

I had an existing solar PV system which I’ve had in for 12 years now. I added a 6.5kw battery to my system to store the energy in the day and release at night. The whole process was spectacular. I had numerous quotes and FloEnergy had the best price and most efficient service from start to finish. Highly recommend using this company if you’re looking to upgrade your system or even looking to add solar panels to your property. The sales representative Liam was brilliant at explaining everything to me from start to finish and how it can benefit me and save money.

Had 16 panels fitted on my slate roof, all fitted correctly and cut out properly a real top job. Electrical side all nice and neat in the garage and already got all my paperwork within days!

An absolute joke of a company got a good sales patter but terrible aftercare they fitted a battery for us and it's never worked properly since it was installed and trying to get them to correct it is impossible they have even managed to knock out the first battery that we already had. All we get is someone will call back but we have to keep ringing them it's getting very annoying as we are trying to future proof our home against rising cost and they are a joke. Would highly recommend not using them

Had my panels installed a year ago and they work fine, install team managed to break a roof tile and instead of replacing it tried to use some flashing to stick it together and moved it to another location on the roof in an attempt to hide it under the panels, when they finally came back to replace it they brought the wrong tile so I ended up sorting it myself.
The electrician had to fit a consumer unit as there were no spare spaces on my one. The electrician found a used and damaged plastic one in the back of his van so fitted this which is not acceptable and not up to current code. A year on and they still haven’t been back out to swap it or complete my install paperwork. They are ignoring my calls to the office number where I leave messages, emails and the owners WhatsApp which is poor considering I still have 1k to pay when they complete this.

FloEnergy did a great job in recommending and installing our Solar Panels and iBoost system. The whole team, from Alessio, to the Scaffolders and Panel installation team were always very polite, communicative, professional and efficient. The whole process was carried out with the minimum of fuss and everything was done when they said it would be. Full credit to the team who i could not recommend more highly. Plus we are already making incredible savings in our electricity bills.

I was very sceptical about going down the solar route but after speaking to Ron and Alessio I am sure I’ve made the correct decision! They helped me from start to finish and I am so happy with my end results.
