5* service from start to finish. The surveyor thoroughly helped me understand how to get the most out of my PV system. Which I am very grateful for! Installers were also lovely, on time and did a wonderful job! Highly recommend. We are very pleased we chose this company.

Leigh sales/surveyor listened to what was important to me hence I never felt pressured! Just good sound advice which helped me choose Properla paint for front of house and garden walls. Which was professionally applied by very hard working twin brothers! Thank you to all I will be recommending you whenever appropriate! 👍

Great all round service, always available to answer queries pre and post installation. Small issue on day of installation was rectified on the same day. Good professional outfit, would not hesitate recommending.

Floenergy have been amazing, from our first enquiry re: EV Charger through to installation. We were given great advice and guidance on the subject as this is completely new to us. Not only do they provide excellent customer service, we had our EV charger installed within a week of enquiring. Floenergy’s quote also wasn’t beaten.

The Whole process was really smooth, no hard sell here, more like a chat and discussion over coffee with neighbours rather than a salesman. Installation up and running in a day with little disruption and all neat and tidy. Good App to follow what is happening from your roof to your batteries. Recommended.

Sadly I’ve had two unfortunate experiences with floenergy.in January 2022 I bought storage batteries they have not been a problem,At the time of completing sale of batteries I agreed to a service contract for solar panels and thermodynamic panels it would be a 10 year contract and cost me £3,000 which I paid at time of signing the invoice I did not get a visit from anyone in 2022 to service the panels nor did I get a copy of the contract.I telephoned several times and emailed and got no response, in may 2023 I got a call from a woman at floenergy I immediately made her aware of my complaint she could not find any contract but found my paid invoice filed away,however she did arrange for someone to attend and service the panels, he came and inspected the panels and made an appointment to see the next day, the next day I received a phone call from a man at floenergy he asked about the visit the day before and my meter readings and suggested more storage batteries I replied no and he immediately put the phone down the man never turned up to service the panels and again my phone calls and emails was ignored,In may 2024 a man from floenengy turned up at my door and tried to sell me properla paint insulation but I turned it down however I told him about my complaint about the service contract for the panels and he emailed one of the management team and he promised to arrange for for the panels to be serviced and quickly an appointment was made the next day I received another phone call asking about the latest visit regarding the properla paint insulation I said I didn’t want or need it and he rudely put the phone down and no one turned up for the arranged appointment to service the panels, I have paid £3000 poutine not received a contract nor has anyone been to service my panels I am now taking legal action and involving the police I would advise possible customers to avoid flowery at all cost and go elsewhere

OMG what a difference it is to deal with a efficient and effective company, a breath of fresh air!

Everyone from the start to the end have been fabulous. They do what they say they are going to, communicate internally and with the customer well so we all know where we are.

The work was carried out with care and consideration...thanks Tony, who went out of his way to help.

Tony & Mark were brilliant. They were friendly & professional in their job. Were quick & efficient & explained everything as they went along. Had a PIV unit fitted this time, but Tony was also here back in January to coat our outside walls with Properla Masonary Cream

Dale and his brother turned up early and quickly commenced the job of water proofing my house with Pro Perla paint. This job was completed in one day with polite efficiency and minimal disruption. A good job well done.

We were visited by Nick on the 19th March. We had had cavity wall insulation approximately 25 years ago, which is now causing damp problems. Nick showed us the extent of the problem and advised the application of Properla Masonry Creme, together with some re-pointing of the brickwork. On the 26th March Dale and Daryl arrived to carry out the work. They were polite and very efficient. The work was done to our complete satisfaction. As explained by Nick it will take about 18 months to clear the damp problem, and we look forward to his return.

Everything went very well. Head office was always very responsive and supportive to all my questions and asks throughout planning and later phases. Installation was done on very high quality, the guys installing the system literally did not stop to rest the entire day. They hid cables in the wall as I asked them, which added at least one extra hour to their day but was still done very nicely.

This review is limited to sales. The product may be excellent. Consult other reviews.
My 91 year old mother's home had been built to very high eco specs leaving no need for the company's products.The sales person never the less conned her into making a £3,000 deposit. This took ages to get returned. I have since been told that the person in question has been dismissed. So that is good news.
However I would like to warn people with regard to sales from this, or any other firm. NEVER be conned into a hasty decision and most certainly NEVER hand over any money in the first instance. For any large tasks, always get a quote from more than one company. Also make sure the product is one you really want. For example the wall coating offered by this firm would be very good in certain specific situations but do bear in mind that most damp in a home comes from cooking, showers and drying laundry, not from sideways rain. Thus in some situations an impermeable wall could make the situation worse.
As a firm believer in eco products I sincerely wish the company good luck but I do hope that we purchasers can make properly informed decisions, as opposed to being pressurised to make poor ones.

Floenergy did a survey on our cavity wall insulation it was found to be causing damp Nick arrived with a state of the art camera showing damp in all the walls .He suggested a silicone to be applied to the outside walls no pressure selling a pleasant and knowledgable guy.We have had the silicone applied today by a very hard working cheerful guy.we now wait the results as Nick will be back in 18 months with his camera.

Great job done! Our house was green from the nearby trees and the paint had flaked off due to the sea air and recent storms.
The boys were hard working, efficient and extremely polite. The property was left clean in a respectful way.
The house is sparkling now! The Properla external paint should avoid us having to touch the exterior of the house for a very long time.
The whole process from the rep coming around to assess the work to the boys turning up took less than 10 days.
I would thoroughly recommend this company.
