They ve my £150, a refund that they have been processing since march/ April 2026, I still haven't received any refund, but now they don't answer my call, I ve been patient enough, If you have any advice, please drop me a msg or should I involve the fraud department now

Having gone through several reviews about flightsway and they are all very negative and i am still waiting for a £150 refund and no good response from your side so far before i start saying it all and i ll take every necessary means of getting my money back

Scam company beware! They made me pay a deposit of £150 and then I paid £226 with a remaining £226 balance to pay by 26th August 2026. I have been chasing them to produce the flight ticket in vain. They would casually pick up the phone call with promises that they never kept. I am going to report the company to the police and the body of travel agencies as a scam travel agency. I also request a full refund of what I paid them.

Avoid. More like scam!

My experience with Flights Way Ltd has been extremely disappointing.

Before making my booking, I specifically asked whether I could cancel or reschedule if my travel plans changed. Based on the assurance I received, I proceeded to pay the deposit.

When my travel plans later changed, I requested a refund. Instead of resolving the matter, my request was refused, with the company relying on a non-refundable deposit policy that was never communicated to me before I made payment.

What has been most frustrating is the handling of my complaint. I have found the responses inconsistent, and statements made during telephone conversations have differed from what has later been stated in writing.
I appreciate that businesses have terms and conditions, but customers should be given clear and accurate information before they commit to paying. In my case, I do not believe that happened.

I am writing this review in respect of Mr. Tom Latham. A great resource agent for the Flight Ways Ltd and a passionate Customer/Sales Consultant who will always provide solutions to his customers problems . I have no regrets on the two occasions of my dealings with him.

Tom the Consultant was very clear about expectations and kept us updated throughout the booking process. As this was a large bookings Tom did well in meeting our needs efficiently. Thank you Flights Way and Tom

Very Disappointing Experience – Poor Communication and Refund Handling

I paid a £100 deposit for a flight, only for the terms to later be changed and for me to be offered another flight at a significantly higher cost, higher than the price advertised directly on the airline's website.

I also overpaid by £16 and requested a refund of the outstanding amount. Unfortunately, despite making repeated requests, I have still not received my refund after more than two months.

The so-called Senior Travel Consultant, Tom Latham, has also failed to respond to my messages or take any action to resolve the matter. This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience, particularly given the lack of communication and failure to refund money that is rightfully owed to me.

I would not recommend using this service based on my experience. I hope this matter is finally resolved and my outstanding £16 is refunded without further delay.

You are blessed to have a worker like Mr Tom Latham. He know what he is doing. He has a lot of patience. He know how to deal with us customers. People like him makes the company great. Good customer service. Well done sir. Big up.

Words fail me to describe how reassuring and professional Tom Latham is. I was literally scared of missing the trip due to flight schedule changes. He took his time to look for a good deal, re-assuring me all the way even when my bank wouldn’t let the payment go through at the instant.

I am very disappointed with my experience with flightsway
In December I paid 100£deposit for à flight booking. On the day to pay the remaining balance I was informed that the airlines had increased the ticket price due to changes that I did not request or agree to. I was unable to continue with the booking and asked for my 100£ deposit to be refunded . Since then I just received an email confirming my case was under investigation and after 4 weeks à payment will be made. Since they refuse to pick my call
