Firstflight Omdömen

We had an absolutely fantastic afternoon . The balloon flight exceeded our expectations and we would definitely recommend Firstflight . Nick and his team were great , informative and very friendly .

It was a fantastic experience. Professional team, amazing flight and landing! Thank you

Fantastic experience from start to finish. All safety aspects were fully explained so I knew all expectations. There were only 6 other people flying which made it a more intimate experience. The views once up in the air were absolutely gorgeous . The cherry on the cake was a lovely glass of chilled bubbly when we landed. A big tick off my bucket list and somthing I would love to do again . Would highly recommend first flight !

On meeting Nick and Steve i was made very welcome and they helped calm my nerves. I had never flown before, but wow what an experience. Will definitely be trying to do it again. A VERY big thankyou to Nick and Steve for making my First Flight memorable. 👍👍👍

Friendliness of pilot and staff. Ease of finding site. Comfortable and exciting ascent, flight and descent.

A truly wonderful experience made all the more enjoyable as Nick and Steve were brilliant, Nick was our pilot ,he happily answered any questions and pointed out places of interest.
If you are looking to go up in a balloon I highly recommend Firstflight

Excellent experience for my mothers 70th birthday, great staff, pleasant flight, lots of information, finished off with a cider sat in a calm, peaceful field watching the sun come down, lifelong memory.

An Amazing Experience - NOT TO BE MISSED - and I'm not keen on heights!
Great prior communication.
Clarity of set up, flight and landing instructions were hugely reassuring.
Nick & the team are clearly hugely experienced and we were all put at ease with their friendly engaging style.

Finally, took my daughter on the balloon ride arranged for her 21st birthday. The whole experience was great from start to finish. The weather was fabulous when we set off from Bath at 7.30am. Nick took us right over the centre of Bath and out over roaming hills and the small villages surrounding the area. We saw deer, rabbits, rivers and bridges, it was beautiful and so peaceful. The ride was topped off with an unexpected glass of bucks fizz🍾. What a great adventure, thanks to Nick and Steve 👏

A beautiful experience flying over the city of Bath. There was nothing that could make it better.A professional and informative pilot who turned the basket during the flight to ensure everyone had the same opportunity to see the iconic sights of Bath.
Simply a perfect experience which I would do again in a heart beat.
Excellent communication before the flight

What a brilliant experience. Nick our pilot was incredible, funny and extremely knowledgeable about flying and the area we flew over. Would highly recommend using this company.

A great adventure with people running the show who really knows their stuff, and use this to make it an experience to remember with fun, information and companionable ease. Excellent communication from start of booking process. Highly recommend.

Not sure I can truly reflect in words what a fantastic experience the flight was this morning. Great communication from Nick regarding timings, location and reassuring safety briefing. The flight was wonderful, out over the Somerset levels with the backdrop of Glastonbury Tor. During the flight Nick was informative and happy to answer questions alongside having a great sense of humour. Saying that he was also very professional about our safety especially on landing, I felt very safe. Great fun to be able to help with packing up the balloon made even better by the celebratory drinks. Big shoutout to Steve also, they are a great team.
This was a retirement gift and had been on my bucket list for a long time. Thanks Nick and Steve for a truly amazing experience.

The flight was amazing so peaceful and serene.
Nick was very reassuring and informative as we flew from Glastonbury early morning and landed us perfectly.
Steve followed the balloon to the landing field where we all helped to pack up the balloon and enjoyed celebratory drinks 🍾🥂
An experience I would recommend anyone to try.

Amazing! Seriously great fun! And a highly professional outfit. The First Flight team (Nick and Steve) were great fun, and obviously took their roles on with the highest of standards!

I highly recommend a hot air balloon ride with Nick and the team. I felt completely safe before and during the trip. Nick is a true professional with decades worth of experience.

He also made the trip fun and feel really special. I went with my 16 year old daughter who absolutely loved it.

This was one of the best things we’ve done together and I will treasure the memory!

I booked a hot air balloon ride for my mums 90th birthday and Nick and all the team made it a wonderful experience for her and my husband who experienced it with her.
Communication with Nick was brilliant from the very first time I contacted him. The whole team were so friendly and professional on the day.
Mum needed a bit of help getting in and out of the basket and a lovely young man helped my husband to get mum safely in and out of the basket.
Once up in the air, Nick made my mum feel really safe and she absolutely loved the experience.
I would highly recommend First Flight.

Nick and his team are so professional. They made it all look so easy. It was an amazing experience and certainly one that we would do again. Thank you, Nick, Tash and Andy. We enjoyed every minute and would recommend yor company to others.

Kath, Helen and Huw.

We had the most amazing experience with First Flight on Saturday evening when I surprised my 85-year-old Nan, who was visiting from her home in Spain, with a flight. Nick and the crew were so welcoming, kind, and reassuring, which made the whole experience even more special.
The flight itself was absolutely fantastic, with the most amazing views, and we had such a wonderful time from start to finish. It was the best surprise for my Nan, and seeing how much she enjoyed it made it unforgettable. We also loved celebrating with a drink once we landed.
It was a truly wonderful experience, and one we will always remember. We can highly recommend First Flight to anyone looking for something really special.

What a fantastic experience from start to finish! The whole team were excellent but our pilot (Nick) was just exceptional. Friendly, knowledgeable, good fun and made it a truly memorable morning.
