Eastoak's Customer service is the BEST! Somehow the ignition on my patio heater became deflective and refused to ignite the burner, eventually the button failed and I resorted to using a long match to ignite. I contacted Eastoak's customer service to inquire about a replacement part and was told that part was out of stock but that they would contact me when available. I fully expected to never hear back from them.
You can imagine my surprise when approximately month or so later I received an email from them saying that they were shipping the part. Not just the igniter button but the entire burner unit. Unbelievable, problem solved!
Best customer service from this type of business I've ever had! I highly recommend them and they've earned my business going forward.

From the start our experience has been awesome. The shipment was quick and the smoker came well packed. The instructions were easy to understand and putting it together was a breeze. We seasoned it up and have used it every weekend. The smoker holds temps just right and the smoke amount is great! Clean up is easy thanks to the design and much appreciated. As a side note, we did have a missing grate and the team responded quickly and sent out a replacement with no issues! We appreciate the great customer service and speedy help!

Bought an outdoor gas heater last season which I installed this season. It wouldn’t turn on. Called customer service and within 24 hours, they send me videos and instruction on how to trouble shoot. Unfortunately did not work so I responded to the email stating that and they immediately responded that they were sending me a new burner assembly which arrived in less than a week. Took me half an hour to install and worked like a charm.
Very satisfied with the customer service and immediate support! Great work!

The smoker is exactly what I was looking for. Had an issue with the controller and they were Johnny on the spot about taking care of the issue.... VERY pleased with the customer service I received!!! Hard to find that nowadays. HIGHLY RECOMMEND EASTOAK!!!!!

Just got and used my smoker last night. The directions and recipes were so easy to follow. Started with a small brisket and with zero experience had pretty stellar first go. Timer and settings were easy to work and it’s practically entirely set up upon delivery.

What can I say, Eastoak’s customer service is amazing. I had ordered a thermometer from them and FedEx lost the package. Contacted customer service. They understood the frustration and sent me a replacement package. Since last time it was FedEx’s issue, they want to make sure that I get the package, they sent it through UPS. That’s great customer service.

Our first experience with East Oak was with their outdoor garbage can. We purchased it in August of 2025 and it look great in our backyard and more importantly it contained the smells associated with refuse from having a BBQ. In August 2026, a little bit over a year after purchase, I needed to get a replacement lid. I was told unfortunately that model was discontinued so they did not have any parts but they offered to send me a full garbage can of their newest model if I paid shipping. I was just outside of my warranty period so this was not mandatory, which is not the level of customer service you experience everywhere today. They shipped it out the next day and it arrived before our big summer party. The new garbage can is even better and you can tell they work to improve their products a great deal with every iteration. I will be getting as much of what I need through them going forward, highly suggest others to do the same.

My smokeless fire pit was missing a part and they were quick to help and ship. Great customer support! We love our new fire pit.

Outstanding Customer Service

I purchased East Oak's 2-in-1 trash and recycling bin for our yard, and while the product itself has been great, what really stood out was their customer service. When the center plastic piece that holds the two cans together was accidentally thrown out by our cleaning crew, I reached out to East Oak for help.

They responded quickly and were genuinely helpful throughout. Even though the replacement piece was backordered, they didn't leave me hanging... they offered to send a full replacement product instead, and I just covered the shipping cost. That kind of flexibility and willingness to solve the problem made a real difference.

It's rare to find a company that handles a hiccup like this so smoothly. Highly recommend East Oak, both for their products and for standing behind them when something goes wrong.

This wireless thermometer is amazing! Now, grilling steaks, done to everyone's preferred level, is as easy as 1-2-3. > Insert the probe - Set the desired level on the smartphone app - Put the steak (or chicken) on the grill, and it will beep when it's ready! No need to keep opening the grill. Easy cleanup. Highly recommended.

East Oak makes a great product and stands behind it. I had a minor warranty issue and support was prompt and easy to work with, and quickly resolved the issue.

We bought our first smoker!! We love it! The instructions are clear (but you do have to read them ;-) and the food comes out so juicy and flavorful! We had one little snafu that was addressed immediately by their friendly, competent team. They get a 5+ from us!!

Outstanding Customer Service!

I had an excellent experience with East Oak’s customer-support team. I needed replacement poles for my 10-foot screen house, and although they were initially out of stock, the team promised to notify me when they became available—and they followed through.

When I explained that I hoped to use the screen house for an upcoming camping trip, they went above and beyond by arranging shipment from their nearest warehouse to help it arrive as quickly as possible. They kept me informed throughout the process and promptly provided tracking information.

Everyone I communicated with was friendly, responsive, and genuinely committed to helping me. This level of care and follow-through is rare, and it gave me tremendous confidence in East Oak as a company. I highly recommend both their products and their exceptional customer service!

Very disappointed with the quality of this product. I paid around $235 for the EAST OAK screen house and, for that price, expected it to last more than one summer of limited seasonal use.

The fabric developed multiple tears after very little use. I contacted EAST OAK just 7 days after the one year warranty expired. I was unaware that I needed to register the canopy within 90 days to receive the extended three year warranty. I was told the standard one year warranty was automatic, but the additional coverage required registration.

EAST OAK acknowledged the multiple tears but would not replace the product because the one year warranty had expired. They offered $30 toward repair patches instead.

Then today, a storm came through and completely tore the screen house apart.

For a $235 product, this is simply not the quality I expected. A screen house is meant to be used outdoors, and ours was only used seasonally and taken down when not in use. Having it fail this badly after such limited use makes me question the durability of the product altogether.

If you’re considering spending this much money on an EAST OAK screen house, I would seriously reconsider. It is far too expensive for the quality we experienced.

These guys are great. I reached out to them and they responded the very next day with a quick solution to my issue. Love my smoker works perfectly, had it for three years.definatly recommend them.

I’m anxious to receive my smoker, and the cover.
Should be this week.
I heard great things about East Oak smokers.
