Placed an order 3 weeks ago, and with no movement, have asked 4 times for a refund due to them being unable or unwilling to supply the product ordered.STILL no refund forthcoming.
No product…no refund…lots of blah blah we’ll get the team onto it.
Will NEVER have anything to do with this mob again!!!

Ordered perfume on 29th June, it is now 9 July and order hasn't even been processed yet.
I will say that when you send a message to customer service, you get a quick reply but are told the team will get back to her and then she will get back to me. Polite lady, but not great company if it takes a day and a half to even find out what's happening, or to confirm a cancellation. Meanwhile my money has been taken.
Not good enough.

I placed an order 2 weeks ago, but still no movement even after two prompts from me.
I made 2 orders from UK at the same time which have both arrived already.
One star is too many.
Avoid.

One star for the consignment arriving it took a very long time.
Second star for answering emails
The product is second grade I wonder if it is a copy it is Hermes Caleche Parfum smells like dove soap. As a gesture for the product not right they gave 15% discount
I do not want crap perfume or a discount. I am not one to write reviews but this company is not going to carry a good reputation.

Ordered for more than two weeks now waiting for Melbourne fulfilment centre to process the order, I think they are joking or there is something fishy about them. I don’t recommend this business at all, I could buy the same product from any store with the same price and get it the following day but I thought I would give it a try but very disappointed.

I order two products four weeks ago and still no news, no tracking number, they keep answering my emails and apologising but no real action taken.

Bought a product from them and now I'm trying to get my money back since they didn't send my goods do not buy from them

First purchase from this company but it will be my last. Only three of four items I ordered and paid for arrived and weeks later, with no replies to emails, I am still waiting on a blush brush that I don't believe I will ever see. So disappointing and cannot get a refund for the missing item as they just don't respond.

Don't use them for anything. I have been waiting for 5 weeks for an item which I could have travelled into Sydney to buy in a day. After waiting for 3 weeks I complained and got a mealy mouthed defensive response - and nothing since. No advice on when item would arrive. Very dodgy

Think they sell fake products . I bought a bottle of night advanced repair and it’s different . Very watery and the smell are off . Never buy again . Watch out .

Wanting a great product for hair, I found it difficult to find a place that delivered reasonably. Besides reasonable delivery, the timing and location of the delivery - at my front door- was efficient too. I am grateful.
