DO NOT TRUST this company/scammers! It is a circus meant to deceive. Extended wait times on calls, shuffling me to other numbers and emails. The contract says I am entitled to a full refund, but who will give it to me? DO NOT believe their phony excuses! Who else is involved in my search for a resolution? AFEUSA, TNT, Dylan Consulting, and others. RUN! I wish I had checked their reviews before dealing with them.

Stay away from them at all cost
The company gave me a price, but forgot to mention an additional 100 dollar entry fee. Then I find out they Aetna is not there parent company and I only received Aetna Dental, not medical which I was told. There was one honest supervisor there named Sophia, who would hire in minute. She was honest, fair, direct, professional, and didn’t lie to try and do damage control. I emailed the company makeing sure she deserves some type of raise or promotion, because everyone else is fraudsters and scammers down in south flordia.

Just signed up. First payment was supposed to be Monday of next week. I got on line and they drained my checking account within minuites. Called the 1888 number and got the run around. Scam scam scam !!!!!!!

Do not give them your money
In July I received a call from Nick at enrollment services and purchased an insurance plan. I made sure 3 times that my mental health benefits were covered with the representative. On August 1st, I submitted my insurance information to my psychiatrist. After two weeks of back-and-forth, I was finally told that the insurance that I was enrolled in had no mental health benefits. I spent the next two weeks asking for my money back and to cancel the plan. I got no callbacks and was treated very disrespectfully. I am still going back-and-forth, and getting the run around from the 3rd party member services including no call backs from supervisors, or anyone even after promises, transfers to managers with full VMs and disconnected, and they're telling me that because I didn't ask for the refund within thirty days of enrollment, I will not get the money back. I was lied to and sold a product i could not use. And because of the poor third party member services, all of this was delayed.And now I am being refused any kind of refund. Someone in corporate or a CEO is getting money off of my suffering.

Rude Representative
Just Spoke to a a customer service representative who was very rude and unprofessional.First Enroll health insurance told me that I had medical, eye and dental attached to my plan with Blue Cross Blue Shield .And Blue Cross Blue Shield is saying this is not true. Fraudulent company, please people stay away from this company, they take your money there is no insurance, They have been taking 398,99 out of my account for health insurance coverage for almost two years, when I go to the Dr. I found out that the insurance does not cover anything. When I call the company they gave me the run around and they kept hanging up the phone on my face. Please everyone stay away from this company.

I got thier insurance and they lied to me . I was told it was 25.00 copay for dr visits well that's not true and they payed very little of the bill and they don't even pay for prescriptions .

They got me for almost $350 firstenroll is not an insurance company but they sell you on some plan convincing you it's full coverage health insurance that is not isurance it's a total scam they charge you $300 a month to try and negotiate with your doctors to get you a lower price which is not guaranteed and you are responsible for the entire bill. So basically you pay first enroll and you pay your medical bill. Firstenroll pays nothing except themself

Fraudulent Charge
I saw a charge from Firstenroll on my card. I believed it to be related to a new health insurance policy with Blue Shield. I called Blue Shield and they had nothing to do with this charge. I believe that First Enroll illegally acquired my information and charged my card. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company.

What a scam
First Enroll has been taking monthly premiums out of my account since March 1st. My provider has just sent me a notice that TPA the claims department has no record of my insurance. I have called TPA, Sigma and First Enroll many times in the past week and it came down to first enroll has not filed the correct paper work. Then they keep lying to me about who can handle it and one rep says Ernie is in and the other says he didn't start yet. I have received nothing but lies from them. Now I have to seek legal counsel to get my premiums back and for medical bills accord. They are a scam!!!!!

LIARS CHEATS & THIEVES
Wow, since day 1- what a gut wrenching headache, a complete fuc*ing runaround. I needed medical & Dental assistance since I am unemployed. Many promises were made by LEOINSURANCE and RON BAVERMAN says that I am to ask for him but he is NEVER AVAILABLE! TOO many excuses!!! I'm done with this company. I was told by my dental office (my app. is tomorrow) and they said that I am not saving anything. A monthly deduction of $300 is a lot for no coverage. I just lost my father on April 16th and I care for my elderly mom, who lost her husband of 64 years. I DON'T NEED THIS ADDITIONAL STRESS. I requested a full refund of all money paid out to them ($596.66) and for them to delete all of my info, ESPECIALLY MY METHOD OF PAYMENT INFO.
THEY REFUSE!!!! My attorney is on standby and I am now taking LEGAL ACTION.
Do yourself a favor and stay away from this sad excuse of a company.

A bogus plan
I was sold an insurance plan that i was informed was blue cross blue shield and the agent checked and said my doctors accept it.. My card didn't say bcbs it said something else and when i reached out to several of my doctors they couldn't even find the plan i was sold. I called first enroll and they were giving me the run around. My plan was called Paramount plan 1and is not affiliated with bcbs whatsoever. I did get my refund. Warning stay away from this company

This seems to be a scam, I called for the insurance and the lady took the card details saying we won’t charge but I received an email where I could see money was deducted in the name of computer customer support , when we called the company they send us list of documents showing it as legit but still we didn’t had good vibe about it and so called immediately to cancel our policy as their document mentions that we can cancel it within 30 days and they are not cooperating to cancel the policy, keep telling us to call tomorrow.

SCAM
This “insurance” company is a complete scam and waste of time, money, and energy. I’ve had this “policy” in place for less than 30 days and did not submit any claims and wanted to cancel. They would not let me cancel the policy even though it states that you can within 30 days for a full refund of all money paid. They have given me the run around and sent me from department to department. This is a complete SCAM! Please be advised!!!
