I experienced an issue with a jacket which the customer service team resolved quickly and without fuss. Their response time, helpful nature, flexibility all speak to the Finisterre brand. And so while the jacket might have not quite lived up to expectations, I have no hesitation in recommending the brand and all that it stands for. I also appluad the customer service team.

The website had run out of a jumper, ina colour, I wanted and I was told there'd be no further stock. I used the "Check store availability" option - Cambridge had one in so I emailed them. Got a reply straightaway from James who put one aside for me - rang them up and Holly sent it out - it arrived the next morning. Happy Days!

Excellent customer service at Ashley Cross branch in Poole. Knowledgable staff and great to deal with. Nice layout in the shop and everything is easy to find.
Excellent customer support
I ordered a jumper and unfortunately there were a few hiccups along the way with receiving it. However, the customer service provided was exceptional and they went above and beyond to rectify the issue. I would be happy to shop with them again.
Not the quality I was expecting
I bought a women’s rollneck jumper in a medium, and it was absolutely huge and a poor fit. The rollneck looked nothing like it did on the presumably tall model. I am a petite size 12 and ended up looking more like a cross between a Telly Tubby and Scoobie Doo’s Thelma! For the price, I think there are better brands out there such as Hush or Toast. The jumper was well made, but quite rough to the touch and a little on the frumpy side for a £130 plus paid.
Exceptional Customer Service
Seldom leave reviews but here goes. As a hillwalker, dog walker, and all round outdoors enthusiast, I've bought a lot of clothing and gear online over the years. But never from Finisterre. That changed when my adult stepson hinted that he was a big fan of the company and would appreciate a new waterproof jacket for an imminent Birthday.
And so it was I purchased a Stormbird jacket online last week. Not the cheapest garment on the market perhaps but I was reassured by previous reviews here.
Unfortunately there was a glitch with delivery that led me to contact with Customer Services. The problem was explained and resolved within minutes. Both the agent who took my all and Jack, the Customer Services Manager, were instrumental in making this happen. They went above and beyond. My boy's delighted with it.
I'm now considering a new Finisterre jacket for myself.

Loved the Finisterre shop in Leeds. The store looks great and everything feels really high quality. The staff were super friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. Just a really nice place to shop, would definitely recommend and I will be back again.

Bath store and online chat.
Used both the online chat and called the store located in Bath. Online chat was fantastic helping track down a top I was after and giving me the details of were it was available. Called the store in Bath and the lady I spoke to was amazing really helpful and friendly a real credit to the brand and store and I will be definitely buying from this brand again .

I wanted the jumper for a particular event and was so disappointed it had gone missing on delivery. Finisterre Customer Service responded immediately and the replacement item arrived in time for the event. Honestly, so grateful! Thank you so much!
Nebulas Insulated Jacket
I bought Nebulas, which is claimed to be their 1warmest insulated jacket, built for lasting adventures in the coldest temperatures". Unfortunately, I was very disappointed to find that it's not as warm as advertised. I was wearing this jacket in 0°C with a jumper and t-shirt underneath, and I still felt pretty cold – most winter coats should be able to handle this temperature.
Another thing they claim is that the jacket is breathable. Well, I was wearing it indoors for a few minutes, and it felt unbearable and made me very sweaty. Seems like this jacket only makes you warm when you don't need it.
I was surprised because this jacket has very good reviews on their website, but then I realised why. I wanted to review the jacket on their website, but there is no option for that. Apparently, you can only review items via link that will be sent to your email, but since I bought the jacket in a physical store, I didn't receive any link.
When contacting the customer support, they said no refunds after the item has been worn. But how could I possiblty test it without wearing it at least for one day?
Women’s Skye waterproof parker
This was out of stock online so I contacted customer services and they tracked one down for me in one of the stores, Dean in the Poole store got it posted out to me straight away. Lovely coat, looking forward to testing it out. Excellent customer service, thank you.
Nebulas coat is amazing
I have 27 years military service, a further 10 as lifeboat crew, I'm definitely an outdoor type of bloke. It's the best damn coat ever! Never had a better one. I swore by my buffalo coat but your coat killed it. Comfortable, light, great fit. The colour is lovely (orange). Worn it every day for 2 weeks, lovely and warm and in my opinion quite well waterproof. I've walked my Lab Rosie is all weather and never got wet underwear.
Also Becky and Jack in customer service are amazing. A true credit to your brand. Lifeboat crew discount is a very nice touch. Thank you.
Honesty of shop staff
During the afternoon of Tuesday I was returning and purchasing some clothing from the Finisterre shop in St Ives Cornwall. I paid in cash and counted out 200 pounds sterling in cash(new notes)and checked it again before I handed over the cash to the shop staff. I was chatting to my wife and looking around at some of the other stuff and the shop staff alerted me to the fact that I had given them £20.00 to much. Well done to them and a credit to the finisterre team. Also knowledgable about the products in the store.
Great customer service
I was initially really pleased with the jumper I received but noticed it has a small hole along a seam. I got into the team and they were very helpful and understanding and sent me out a replacement straight away. Love the style of the clothing and feels like it will last a lifetime.
Mora jumper is the best
Mora jumper is the best. The new merino wool mora sweater is very warm for it's weight because it is quite tightly knitted. Perfect layer and quality
Amazing Customer Service
Well, what can I say, had a fault with an item and from 1st response after emailing customer service to resolution, every touch point was exemplary.
Communication second to none, I first emailed on a Friday, return sorted and new item posted by Tuesday morning.
No arguments, no back and forth, just good old fashioned customer service!!
I've purchased many Finesterre items and just goes to show, their ethos stretches much further than their environmental credentials..its their mantra and will definitely continue to use and enjoy their products!! Special shout out to Ali who made the whole process easy!!
