The staff at the Cambridge store are great. So enthusiastic, friendly and helpful!
Special mention to Jasmine whom has served us upon a few occasions now and whom is so knowledgeable and passionate about the brand/products and nothing is of too much trouble for her. It’s a pleasure to shop there as you never feel under any pressure to buy and the quality of the products is second to none!

Best Customer Care

I think this has been the best aftercare I have had from a company. I needed to return a jacket as it had a fault. Ali was fantastic at guiding me through the process no fuss quick and efficient. You may pay a little extra but they really look after the customers.

My first experience with Finisterre and…

My first experience with Finisterre and it was excellent.
I visited their shop in Holt . A very warm ; friendly & professional greeting . The lady I dealt with really knew her product & offered quite excellent CS - thank you - I will be back !

So so disappointed …….

So so disappointed …….. coming up for three weeks for refund to be received ( and not yet received ) despite being told it’s back at HQ, it’s in process etc. it’s all very well to make great clothes but customer service is a 360 degree expectation. Won’t be buying again as that’s just too long to hang onto my cash.

Excellent customer service

There was an issue with my order that was not Finisterres fault. I found it easy to contact them, I got speedy replies and they sorted the issue so quickly and with out any fuss it was such a refreshing experience that made me feel I wanted to leave feedback. I would 100% recommend

Exceptional customer service from Ali

Exceptional customer service from Ali. I contacted Finisterre with a query about a potential issue with my jacket. This was dealt with so well - I wish other companies could be this good. I buy few clothes, but most from Finisterre, due to quality and sustainability. My contact with customer service was outstanding - gives me the confidence to keep coming back.

Beautiful clothing with amazing customer service

Finisterre has always been an incredible clothing company with a great mission but on top of that they have amazing customer service! I had received the wrong order and instead of asking me to send it back, Finisterre sent me the correct pair free of charge and told me to keep the wrong order as well. It's this kind of customer service that goes a long way! Extra kudos especially for a brand that is so environmentally conscious too!

the Men's Future Waves Coho Sweatshirt

I recently went into the Finisterre store in Cambridge and bought the Men's Future Waves Coho Sweatshirt in Deep Sea, along with a T shirt. As always, the staff were super helpful and friendly.

I think Finisterre is my current favourite brand and love their jackets, Ts and Sweatshirts, as they always feel and look great.

Never received my order – terrible international shipping experience

I never received my order, even after almost a month since the purchase. For an international shipment, this is completely unacceptable.

The company uses the cheapest and lowest-tier DHL service, which takes an excessive amount of time to deliver and provides a very poor customer experience. This service does not include phone contact during delivery attempts and does not allow delivery to a locker or pickup point, making it extremely inconvenient.

Despite multiple attempts to contact both the carrier and the company, no proper solution was provided. There was not even a single delivery attempt or phone call from the courier. I had to chase the carrier myself the entire time.

The latest update shows that the package is already being returned to the sender without ever being delivered.

This level of service is unacceptable, especially considering the price and the brand’s supposed quality. I expect a full refund.

Poor quality cotton long sleeve t-shirt

I bought a large men’s Harlyn Long Sleeve T-Shirt white. Worn it 2-3 times only but after washing it’s shrunk to medium and the neck has lost its shape. Really poor quality cotton for £45 it’s a rip off. The linen shirt I have from Finisterre is very good quality so I’m surprised by how poor the cotton material is on this T-shirt.

Really great customer service from Finisterre

Really great customer service from Finisterre. My original order was unfortunately lost in transit, but the team were incredibly helpful and quickly sent out a replacement free of charge.

They were also very responsive and supportive when I later needed help with a return and refund query. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally throughout.

Edinburgh Shop & Daisy

I went into the Edinburgh George Street shop quite a few times looking for bags and a jacket. Daisy was extremely helpful, kind and always met me with a smile even after the third visit. Store is clean and tidy and staff are amazing. Would recommend a visit!

Utterly delightful

I had a problem with my old, but loved, Rainbird jacket, where the lining was flaking away at the neck. When I emailed Finisterre with my problem, hoping they might send me some tape to mend it, they not only emailed me right back but said they would replace the jacket completely. I sent it back at their expense the next day, and two days after that received my new Skybird jacket - it is even better than my old one, and I am beyond delighted with it.
As much as the new jacket is superb, it is really the helpful and responsive attitude of the company which really impresses me - this is not paying lip service to longevity and sustainability, it is really and actually doing it. Brilliant!

I unexpectedly came across Finisterre on Pinterest. I loved the look of some of the clothes and after reading the great reviews I decided to make a purchase of two pairs of trousers. My order arrived two days later and although I loved the look and the quality, unfortunately the trousers were too big. I posted the trousers back with a note and very quickly I received a personal email reply to my note and soon after a refund. So I decided to replace the two trousers and add to the order with three more pairs. I now have five pairs of trousers and I love them all. The quality is great and the looks are exactly what I was looking for. I have decided to write a review because I wanted to say how pleased I am with my purchases but most of all for the great customer service which I cannot fault. A BIG thank you!
