FC Moto 

I honestly never write reviews but i just had such a surprisingly GREAT experience i felt compelled to share. I have flirted with ordering from FC-Moto for years because of the great product selections and pricing. So much better than what’s available in the USA. BUT have always backed off for fear of possible shipping and return issues as well as unknown (to me)brands. Anyway last week i bit the bullet and ordered a Berik touring jacket. When i got to the checkout i saw a shipping warning and did not complete my order. I got a follow up email from customer service and explained i was concerned i wouldn’t get it time. They replied and offered a realistic time estimate (2-3 weeks) which was more than enough time. I was so pleasantly surprised when i got it in LESS than one week.
The jacket is the Berik Torino jacket in motorrad colors. The sizing was a little confusing but the size chart was spot on, i ordered the Euro size 50 which is one of two “medium” sizes they have, i’m 5’10 - 160lbs and it fits perfect, the arms might be a touch short but not really. I’m a REALLY HAPPY customer and for sure will be back!

Devo dire che fc- moto è eccellente ho acquistato due giacche blauer molto belle a prezzi ottimi purtroppo la seconda era piccola ho fatto un reso tramite il sito stesso che mi ha inviato un etichetta di reso al prezzo di euro 8, 90. Ho appiccicato l etichetta al pacco stesso e sono andato in posta dove mi hanno ritirato il pacco chiaramente gratis il tutto in maniera chiara e semplice ho inviato il pacco lunedì mattina è arrivato in Germania giovedì mattina il giorno stesso mi hanno restituito i soldi . Meglio di così credo sia impossibile raccomando a tutti questo sito

Sehr schnelle Lieferung. Visiermechanik war leider nicht ok. Dies wurde beim Support gemeldet, welcher schnell und unkompliziert für Ersatz gesorgt hat. Toller Service, welchen ich nur weiterempfehlen kann. Gerne wieder.

Shipping delays, answering emails slowly. Asked 2 days ago tracking code to my order, when checked that delivery is finished. Today got answer that my order is being prosessed still, even thou page tells that it is done.

I was worried about the quality and condition of the product since I ordered from Japan. I was also worried about whether I would actually receive the products, but these fears were completely unnecessary.
I was able to get a response to my questions via email, and most amazingly, the products were shipped and arrived quickly.
I am sure I will order again. This has become my favorite place to store in Germany!

Honestly, the prices on the products are usually good, but the customer service is impossible to work with. If you plan to order something, triple check that it'll fit you, getting in touch with customer support alone gets you outside of the return window, it's unbelievable how bad it truly is.

I purchased TCX Hero Waterproof Boots from FC Moto. I received my item intact. Very impressed and great service.

Great customer service, ordered replacement cheek pads for my hjc rpha10 helmet and got them quickly. Snaps where not like originals but managed to swap them with my original and issue was resolved. For the trouble, I received a refund for the original shipping cost.
