Wollte auf Mmoga etwas kaufen und habe 1. nichts bekommen und 2. es wurde zwei mal abegzogen? Was soll das? Mein ganzes geld ist weg und ich kann kein fifa22 spielen wegen eurer super website... habe eine erstattung erstattet und ich weiß dass es paar werktage dauern wird, ABER WIESO WIRD ES ZWEI MAL ABGEZOGEN?!? 200euro in müll

We're using FasterPay as payment provider for about half a year. I don't know of any lost payments that hasn't been resolved. Our customers are satisfied and our delivery is instant as the notifications are send right after the order if there are no suspicious activities which makes the system automatically refund the money to the card.

All payouts did work for us as they should. At the start there was a small problem with transfering money from the Processing Section to the Main Account. This was fixed shorty after we mentioned this.

Support could be faster. But all requests are being answered!

My bank account is constantly being ripped off via fraudulent transactions by faster pay.com. They have no phone number on their website. $50 transactions keep getting tagged on my debit card. Each time I get a new debit card it gets hit by faster pay.com. I have never used faster pay.com so I have no clue why I keep getting funds stolen from me.

I registered and uploaded the documents and waited. 10 days no sound or email from them. I don't even know if this company works. Don't waste your time and risk your money and business with such amateurs.

Fraudulent unreliable company. If you are European and you use virtual Visa Cards know that you will get your account blocked if you add more than four visa cards. If those cards are single-use, then you can only use FasterPay four times before you get your account suspended. After you get your account suspended they will ask you for private information that violates the Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
Stay away from this sketchy company and use something safe like PayPal.

Have been trying to withdraw funds from them for 4 months and am unable to do so !! They responded to emails initially and kept telling me their "system was down" but now they have stopped replying.
They do not appear to have a complaints procedure in place. They have MY money which I cannot withdraw. How can this be legal?????

Worked with them and always make fast moves, respond fast at emails. Sure work with them if the future to :D

Terrible service. I cant use my account to purchase but could to top up. Now it won't let me use the balance or withdraw it so its just sat there as dead money. Never ever use it they are not reliable at all...

Very pathetic and slowest service. My top up payment is still pending for last 4 days. Fasterpay earlier told me it will take 2-3 days and now they're saying it takes 7 days for the funds to arrive. I believe someone is delivering the money hand to hand. Slowest possible service ever. Its ironical of their name "Fasterpay". Never put your money or trust into this fake wallet company. Your money will get trapped forever.
