If I could give it a big fat 0 I would.
I contacted them at the END OF MAY regarding a payment to Doggoland which they said would be refunded in 3-7 working days, since then I have had one email telling me to wait as my bank may take longer to refund it to my account. The Halifax has done most transactions within a couple of hours so 7 working days is a long time, however still no refund, no response to the 24/7 chat and support message I sent 2 weeks ago or the email I sent telling them still nothing. In fact no response at all from the company and between it all we have registered my mums death and buried her all with no contact from this company. Save yourself hassle and use Paypal who imo give a far superior service

If possible I could rate this app calling there self fasterpay is worth it
I mistakenly sent 220.46 eur to my formal account which has been suspended for reasons not disclose to me however, I'll like you to help reverse the transaction as soon as possible, and hopefully it's been updated as fast as I could imagine
I chatted them so far for fund reversal but remedy has been made.
I advise all the reader to continue using this fasterpay as they seems to be reliable and your money are safe with them. Thank you

Very poor payment gateway

Very poor payment gateway customer service, no response on their built-in chat. Don't use this gateway on Shopify.

I am editing this because they replied to the review. They responded to my chat and submitted the documents they were asking for. There was no response then, saying they could not find my inquiry.

It’s been over two weeks i made deposit…

It’s been over two weeks i made deposit with my card for the first time, i read reviews on how they suspend accounts when you try to make withdrawals and haven’t verified card so I decided to upload the card i used in the verification box without them asking and up until this moment they refused to verify or return my numerous texts on the app and email. I just don’t want to start having a negative feeling about this. You lots should look into this ASAP

Impossible to Use.

Tried to make two transactions through this company. First was fine, however a few weeks later I attempted the second. Account has been suspended for no apparent reason and to use the service again I am asked to provide personal information the likes that would make a scammer blush.

I refuse to pre-package an identity theft incident to conduct a transaction with this company and I would not recommend this service to anyone.

This app is underrated

This app is underrated. I think, they are in the startup phase and expanding quickly. They obviously respond a bit lately. But, they are polite and try to understand. I think they would be a good alternative to Wise or PayPal. Just give it a try. Furthermore, I would suggest you guys change your branding. Your logo is not good enough and it has become a trust issue. That's my personal opinion.

Good multicurrency wallet

I use Fasterpay for buying some stuff abroad. I like instant top ups from Ukrainian cards, no problem with creating multicurrency wallets +pretty good exchange rates inside of app. I've had few cases when the payments were just declined without any explanations, but since it happened just few times for about 8m of using app, i didn't bother myself with investigating

Could it get worse?

I can tell from the vague reviews that FasterPay is crafting them. I am trained as a voice and writting analyzer. From what I see before getting setup still after about 4 months, many experience difficulty too after receipt of funds. For me, my experience is dismal so far. I think for now we need to move directions and just use PayPal and some other resources. I caution you, this will frustrate you to your core.

Worst experience possible IMO.

Really have to say that the customer service experience is by far the worst ever. Months into integrating with a site and no solid answers as it takes hours between chats. It would even save them time to just do it for me, they are bound to profit from our model. For reasons I won't divulge, we don't have other options for the timebeing or would have been long gone.
