support team is suck, i request refund because the service i buy goes down after 24 hours purchase. the website changed the domain. i buy 30 day service but only usable for 24 hours. they decline the claim because i use all credits. after 24 hours make payment. wow.

no total de 200 dolares e a mesma nao entregou os pin nao compensou o pagamento para a mint mandei mensagem no suporte eles nem se quer olharam o email, eles entraram em contato comigo depois do post entretanto nao resolveram o problema mesmo enviando os comprovantes de pagamentos

They took forever to respond to my emails to appease a "fraudulent payment" and now after three days I can pay and the transaction has been processing for a full day. They are very slow.

they investigated seriously my case. and with papers verification unlocked my payment method. professional way. top

My account my restricted for using paypal the same way i have for 7 years.
Each ticket response time was over a day.
Eventually unblocked the account, or so they said. Restrictions are still on the account even though they said they have been removed..guess i will wait another day for another attempt. It has been 5 days so far for a $20 purchase.
Lets not even talk about the requirements on documentation they request. It is easier to open a bank account or register the birth of a child.
