I was appointed to Fairway Energy from a excellent company IGNI for a eco4 boiler and loft installation. Fairway acknowledged my application as priority and emergency as i was without hot water and central heating due to old boiler being too dangerous to use. Surveyor Dan came on 14th Augast did all the checks, kept me informed fully that boiler, air vents and loft insulation needs to be done. Where I thought and was expecting it would take a week or two for the process Dan arranged the boiler to be fitted on the 15th August. Boiler installers Dan and Dylan, this is a different Dan by the way lol kept me fully informed what time they coming in the morning and was at my house at time stated. Within hours they had put a new flue pipe on roof, fitted the boiler and got the hot water working, they even cleaned up everything perfectly. They were friendly, understanding and professional. They informed me that the electrician will come after a week to sort the electrics for the central heating which was perfectly fine as home was warm anyway and didn't need the central heating yet. I wish I could remember the electrician's name, he also contacted prior to appointment, came sorted out electrics, set up Hive, showed me how to use it via app and made sure I understood properly. He was friendly and professional too. I got the same friendly and professional service from Liam that I got from others being contacted and informed of the loft and vent installation. My biggest worry was the window vents as I didn't want my windows damaged but he did them so perfectly and professionally with no damage. I had a small leak from boiler, contacted fairway and Dylan came the next day all the way from liverpool and within minutes sorted the small leak. Honestly I feel so happy, valued and grateful to all the team at Fairway from customer service to the installers for an amazing and excellent job. Keep it up guys you make a great team. I definitely recommend Fairway Energy to everyone especially the team I had. Thank you so much.

Contacted this company, an appointment was made - they didn’t ring me until nearly an hour later whilst I was on the phone working, they didn’t ring back.

I can't recommend Fairway Energy highly enough! From the chap who installed the new combi boiler to the lovely 2 lads Craig and Stephen who installed the loft and underfloor insulation, trickle vents and extractor fans and the cheerful electrician who did the wiring I can't compliment them highly enough! They were professional, hard working but also had a good sense of humour. We were dreading having the work done, we just don't enjoy it but it was all seamless and efficient and they were super reliable. Thank you so much for the fantastic service!

I have just had Fairway energy install a new boiler, loft insulation, trickle vents, bathroom and kitchen ventilation and a hive hub to control my heating. I have got to say that the service I received with the office staff and with the teams that carried out the work at every point of contact was excellent. They were all professional and courteous, they carried out their work to a very high standard and left my home as they found it. Great company, great team, would highly recommend.

Cant thank these guys enough. They came on a 31st jan they assest, 6 Feb had loft insulation trickle vents in and Wednesday 8 feb that same week
Boiler fitted. Just waiting for electrican to fininish off with extracter fans and a socket but house as never been so warm and cosy.

Came out for survey / all ok even when they saw I had Solar thermal and a cylinder that is no hinderance for a new boiler.
Then called with installation date said I couldn’t have the worster or valiant boiler with the deal. I said leave it then. 2 minutes after I get a callback saying the will honour what was on my paperwork and fit a worster with no extra cost.
I sent an email asking to confirm what model and size would be ?
Then I receive an email back stating I no longer qualify ????????
Even the web link comes up as fraudulent

will be honest when they arrived I thought the task would need a miracle and they pulled it off! The service has been fantastic, the guys were really friendly and helpful, definitely went above and beyond whilst also completing the task really quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend them in future.

Stay away, installed a new boiler in my house radiators are now noisy and can't use the valves on the radiators they installed because if you turn it down below 5 it goes cold. So my house is cold and can't use heating the way it should be used during the winter.
The Excuse they have given is the pipe work and radiators in my house.
If my piping and radiators weren't compatible with the boiler system it should never have been installed in the first place.
I also have 2 small children.
They are not interested in sorting it.

I'd just like to say a huge thank you to Danny who surveyed our boiler today. He was an absolute gentleman and has made our Christmas knowing that we will have a warm house for the festive season.

Nice, friendly staff but AWFUL company. I was promised a new boiler and underfloor insulation and was told that the boiler would be fitted one week, then the insulation the following week. Boiler was fitted mid-December 2021 but they failed to do the insulation. After waiting EIGHT MONTHS and being fobbed off multiple times about fitters not being in my area but that I was on the list to have the job done, I was told late August that the funding was no longer available. So, I'm now heading into winter with huge energy prices and no insulation, insulation that I would have had if it were not for their incompetence.

Just want to say a huge thank you to your Company. Roy came to fit our valiant boiler on Monday and from start to finish he left a first class job. Thank you so much. Regards Caroline.

Very quick and professional service from start to finish . All the workmen were excellent very professional , they cleaned up after they had finished, and answered any questions I had . The office staff were just as good knowledgeable polite nothing was to much trouble . I am really happy with all work carried out and would 100 % recommend this firm .
