These people are fantastic, did the job brilliantly, but importantly sooo friendly had a guy called Thomas all made me feel at ease chatty I cannot thank him enough for his excellent work ( and chat) he worked so many hours today, I would quite happily when they come again to finish!
Leave my door open and just tell them not to bother getting me up😂😂 very trustworthy I’d recommend anyone to use this company!

I have just had a newradiator fitted in my bathroom. The plumber showed med me the water that came out of the radiadiator and it was like sludge. I told the plumber that I had a new boiler fitted last year. The plumber was very surprised and ask me when I had my new boiler installed did the plumbers flush the syetem out at the time has it is compulsory requiement . I contacted Fairway energy to ask why a magnetid filter was not fitted okay it not compulsory but to be offered it would of been good idea. I was told the work was only guaranteed for 12 months. Apparently it is a compulsory requirement for the heating syestem to be power flushed or at least a chemical flush. I do believe that compulsory work should be done at the time the work was done, 12 months Gurantee is not a way out of compulsory committment , This work needs doing asp

Was very nervous about this company as they sounded too good to be true after British Gas quoted me almost 7K for a new boiler. I managed to get a new hybrid boiler, iwi, a few new radiators and honestly an amazing service under the government scheme available.

The workers were all incredibly friendly and efficient. As my old boiler was broken beyond economical repair, fairway energy installed my new boiler giving us heat and hot water within 7 days of all the paper work being finalised!

The girls in the office were extremely patient and helpful with all my questions!
Shaun & Craig went above and beyond while they were here too. Very polite and hardworking!

One thing I’ve read a lot of is people’s concerns with the mess that iwi will cause. The men were all very clean and made sure every evening the house was left as clean/clear as it was on their arrival. I was surprised with how clean they left it! Even the plasterer covered all the furniture and carpets, sawing was all done out side and they hoovered and mopped when leaving.

I have noticed a slight noise coming from a few of the radiators but I’m sure it’s just the water warming through.

One thing I hadn’t thought of is with everything being reborded, blinds or shutters will no longer fit if were made to measure.

Overall I am beyond happy with the service. The gas bill has dropped significantly and I have already recommended friends and family to consider the same!

I would avoid this company at all costs. They don't have any pride in there work, it is rushed , under part and have caused a lot of damage. They say one thing and do something completely different and when you tell tem, they say there nothing they can do about it. They are unprofessional and have missed legal key parts of a boiler system. I will include pictures shortly

Really good experience with the company. From start to finish excellent job done. The lads had to travel all the way from liverpool to hull. I must mention Craig. He was excellent. Very friendly and very professional. Philip who did the skimming did excellent job as well. Very good job by gas engineer who changed my boiler and piping.Overall really happy. 5/5.

After being let down by a previous firm ( couldn’t even keep original appointment) I contacted fairway energy and didn’t look back . Surveyor arrived when arranged , very professional,polite,courteous and efficient. Went away around 12 noon and by 3pm the same day an appointment was made for the work to be carried out the following week. I received a call the next day advising me that they could bring the install forward 3 days, so I took this new appointment. The new boiler was moved about 8-10foit to another part of my garage (at no extra cost may I add!) to accommodate forthcoming building works.The boiler installer did a fantastic job of moving boiler and adding pipe work very neatly, changed my trv’s ,bled radiators and talked my through workings of new boiler. At the same time my window vents were installed, again very clean and hardly any disruption. Lastly was the electrician who wired up my thermostat and talked me through its workings,again very professional,neat and tidy.From start to finish everyone was brilliant, from the lads on the ground to the office staff, who kept me informed if anyone was running late etc.If you are looking for a firm for your boiler grant, look no further than Fairway Energy👍👌

Fairway energy done a great job the people who done the job Craig and Philip the brothers done the job efficiently and they where very clean and tidy and professional as well as they where very friendly I wish if all people from fairway like I recommend this company for doing them job people you can trust graig and Philip and not to forget the good electrician and the boiler fitter many thanks for such a wonderful and professional people

The whole process from my initial call, to the Survey, to installation, where very helpful and friendly staff. Each step of the way explaining the whole process. Thankyou so much for my boiler, hive and loft insulation. I will definitely pass on your number.

The men that came to do the job were polite and respectful of the property. They were very friendly and were able to answer any questions I had about the installation of appliances. They cleaned up after themselves and I would highly recommend them.

How do I trust them to do what is expected when they can't even be honest... PROCEED WITH CAUTION⚠️

The boiler and loft insulation was a good job, the after sales service was no existent, i phoned them 4 times asking for help they never got back to me, i had to get a local engineer for help, i would not recommend Fairway Energy.

The work from start to finish was brilliant, I had new boiler, and air vents fitted to all windows, will definitely be recommending your company to other people

when i spoke to Josh at fairway he was very good they were very efficient i qualified for the grant and got my insulation done and a new heating system whole thing took 2 weeks jobs a gud un !!

I have just had a boiler, loft insulation, fans and a Hive thermostat fitted and I am absolutely delighted with them. From start to finish my whole experience was brilliant from the staff who dealt with my application to the teams who visited my property nothing was too much trouble for them and they left my house immaculate. I just had to share my experience and will be recommending to all my friends and family

Recently Fairway Energy have installed a new combi boiler, loft insulation, ventilation and heating controls in my property. The team were just amazing and I am so impressed with the works carried out!!!

AVOID!!! 1 star is still to generous.
I had a boiler fitted less than 15 months ago and had nothing but problems with it. It was fitted knowingly with a 'dodgy' part, i asked for this to be sorted multiple times to which it never was, i had to pay someone in the end to fix it.
Once it came to service the boiler, the gas engineer had to switch it off due to it being classed as dangerous as it was not fitted correctly. After speaking to multiple people, one of which put the phone down on me, i finally got them back out to sort. The problem still occurred after they supposedly fixed it! My gas engineer again had to switch the boiler off for being dangerous. Once again i had to ring the company to get them to sort. 4th time being here and the boiler STILL isnt done correctly or fitted with the correct parts!!! I have no had ideal out themselves (who i cannot fault) and even ideal telling them its not correct, they still dont believe their in the wrong!! Ive had a fake apology. The company is an absolute sham and i would urge anyone to avoid this company.
I have every report, every email, every phone call to prove everything and i will be taking this further.
PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY FOR A BOILER!!!
