This is my first shopping experience with Fabletics and I hope that the clothing works as well as they look online. I wasn’t aware of the VIP membership fee until checkout, which was unfortunate. However, the price is offset the cost of the membership. Overall, my experience was positive.

Very Impressed
I have been extremely impressed with the quality and service from Fabletics. The athletic wear is excellent—comfortable, durable, and stylish. The fabrics hold up well over time and are great for both workouts and everyday wear.
One thing I truly appreciate is their VIP credit system. It’s worth the wait when you accumulate your VIP credits and use them toward new items. It makes it possible to build a high-quality athletic wardrobe at a great value.
Another standout feature is how the company showcases models in a variety of body sizes and shapes. This makes a huge difference when deciding what to purchase because you can better visualize how an item might actually look on your own body. That level of inclusivity and transparency is very helpful as a customer.
Because of the consistent quality and positive experiences I’ve had, I consider myself a lifelong Fabletics customer. I’ve also recommended the brand to many friends and family members, and they’ve been equally impressed.
Overall, Fabletics continues to deliver excellent products, strong customer service, and a thoughtful shopping experience.

Terrible experience with returns
Terrible experience with returns make sure you keep track of everything or else they wont refund your account and it has been an absolute pain in the ass dealing with the contact team. Only kept my membership to get the money they owed me. Took almost 4 months to resolve my issue.

Excellent quality clothing
Excellent quality clothing, removing a star for slow shipping to Canada and inaccurate tracking info- I get notified that my order is arriving “today” when it arrives in Canada but it takes another 3-4 days to cross the country.

Keep taking money and my taxes were more then 35% my total cost. You continue taking money even when I havr tried skipping the credits. You are over charging me on taxes and I want to cancel.
