All the emails and promos demonstrate 80% site wide however when I go to check out it’s, in fact, only 70%- Maybe for Americans it doesn’t seem like a big a difference but when we’re converting to CAD it’s a big difference.

VIP credits should not expire
VIP credits should not expire. I have lost money because one of my credits expired. There is an extremely high likelihood that I will be cancelling my membership for this reason.

This was my first time shopping with Fabletics, and I’m hoping the clothing performs as well as it appears online. I didn’t realize there was a VIP membership fee until checkout, which was a bit disappointing. However, the pricing helped balance out that cost. Overall, it was a positive experience.

I sent back 2 pairs of Terry joggers through PUROLATOR from ThunderBay Ontario worth $89.00 US EACH and You said you did not receive them back and refused to give me my money back and did not give me my VIP CREDITS back! I am very disappointed that I am out $180.00 US
