Returned two dresses but have only been refunded for one. It’s been nearly two weeks and no one has replied to my emails.

Dresses were well packaged and arrived quickly.
I find the fit good for me and true to size I order.
There's lots of choice, and colours, quality is very good so enjoy treating myself.
Will be buying more!

Super company with great customer service. Quality is also lovely.
Sadly I didn't keep either item ordered, even though I ordered petite sizing ( I am 5'3").
I found the size 8 too wide and far too large on the leg and crutch area (trousers) but very tight on the waist (the 10 was too large) so I don't think I will order again despite loving the clothes, they just don't seem to work for me.

Placed my first order with them this week. Paid for next day delivery.
The dress I received was horrendous. It was made of tshirt fabric, it was dirty, the waistband was uneven and in the wrong place, there were awful pockets that were not mentioned in the description- and made the dress stick out at the sides, and the hem was not even finished properly. A child could sew a better dress.
To top it off, they are charging me £3 to return it! So, £10 in postage fees for this piece of garbage. They should be ashamed.

Very good experience from Ro&Zo. Items ordered were well received and beautifully packed in tissue paper. I will definitely be buying from them again. Just wish more companies supplied Petite Clothing. Unfortunately I returned 1 item for replacement Customer Service was excellent.

Super fast delivery and Ab Fab pink carrot leg jeans. Fit perfectly. Can’t wait for some spring sun to wear them!

Such an unhappy experience…. Received the wrong dress immediately contacted customer services and received a sharp email with an apology for “unacceptable “ error and told “ raised an internal enquiry at the warehouse “ I received the correct item next day I was assured the Royal Mail would collect incorrect item …. Nothing ! This is not the first time this has happened makes on line shopping very stressful

if purchasing in November or early December do not expect a refund. very poor stance and will not purchase again during these months

I absolutely love Ro&Zo, excellent fabrics, every dress I have purchased fits perfectly. Each item has been so well packaged, definitely my favourite brand.

The refund was sent immediately still awaiting for the refund

I returned my items but unfortunately Ro&Zo has charged me again rather than refunded. I am hoping I hear from them tomorrow to refund my original payment and also the money that was taken instead of being refunded. Total £296 minus the delivery charge. I am very worried about this. I will give a better rating once this serious matter has been resolved.

This was my first time ordering from Ro&Zo and its was excellent , very good communication throughout the process. I ordered two sizes because I was unsure of the length I am 5ft 4ins petite length was slightly to short so I kept the regular The dress I returned was also a faultless process from start to finish. Happy shopper.

This was my first experience of shopping from Ro&Zo. I ordered a few items as the reviews were really good and checked the T and Cs. The quality of the clothing is good for the money. Stylish and comfortable. I needed to return some items and was shocked to get through the online return process and then be notified I could only get a credit note because I was over the 28 day policy which I had double checked. Ro&Zo apply the 28 day return refund option against the order date not the date you receive the items which was a few days later. This isn't clear as it states from purchase. I queried this and explained this was my first time of experiencing from order as I'd not shopped with them before. Thankfully as a gesture of goodwill they allowed a refund. Debbie was very helpful. There is also no telephone facility to contact them, only via online email. Will shop again.
