However, there are so many sizes and articles that it can be a bit confusing when choosing the right one. It would be helpful if the options were simpler or better organized. Overall, the ordering process was easy and smooth.

Very easy to look at items, change sizes, etc. Sizing chart is very easy to follow, hopefully will provide accurate fit when I receive items. Easy to move some things to favorites.

At first I wasn’t a big fan of the VIP credit, but it started to grow on me. However the monthly charge increased to I believe $69 USD a month. Thats almost $100 CAD. It’s harder to get amazing deals at the current price point. I also didn’t know that I had to pay taxes still when using the VIP credit, which is kind of weird. Overall, the VIP credit system not a total flop, but it’s annoying I have to manually skip each month.

The website kept glitching
The website kept glitching. The items did not add correctly to the cart. It took me 30 minutes to get something I was ok with to add to my cart properly. I wanted to use a VIP credit which charged $65 to my credit card, then to redeem would only apply $55 to my cart. So angering, such a waste of time. And what a rip off, not even fair.
