Please be cautious of using this supplier
I am sharing my experience in the hope it protects others. I placed and paid for an order for 500 custom card decks in August 2025 with a supplier trading under the names Acelion, WJPC, Ezra Card, and Dongguan Ezra Card Tech Co. Ltd (contact name: Sean / Tomi). After paying in full via bank transfer, communication became inconsistent and confusing: multiple names, email addresses, phone numbers and contact details were used, and information repeatedly changed.
After multiple reported delays to the manufacturing process, which missed multiple agreed deadlines, I was then given conflicting information about shipments for months. This included being told deliveries had happened that had not, being ignored when requesting tracking, being sent tracking numbers and even being invoiced for shipments that never existed. My UK shipping company was unable to reach the supplier on any of the numbers provided and was repeatedly told they had “the wrong person” despite using the same number the supplier had previously used to contact me. They were even blocked on WeChat when trying to arrange my shipment.
To date (25/11/25) I have received only 72 (many damaged) decks instead of the 500 I paid for. I have been unable to fulfil distributor orders and my business and personal finances have greatly suffered.
They told me that I could expect compensation for the damaged decks and an immediate/urgent reshipment of the rest of the decks. After over 2 weeks, despite a logistics contact confirming that the factory has been sent the compensation money from the carrier, neither has materialised and my requests for updates have gone ignored.
Most recently, an external logistics contact confirmed that my order does not exist in the system, that the company name I paid does not match the supposed manufacturer, and that no further shipments were ever sent, despite my being assured by my contact Sean/Tomi that several had been shipped to me already.
I have repeatedly requested an explanation from the supplier and have received none. No explanation, no proof of manufacture, no proof of shipping, no compensation.
For now, I strongly advise others to exercise extreme caution.
