Insurance quotes are only valid for a set period, and once the renewal date has passed, insurance rates can change based on factors such as market conditions and underwriting criteria. Unfortunately, once a quote has expired, we are unable to honour the original price. We recognise this can be disappointing.

Missus does this for me as it’s her job but I had to sit in and give some info. Process was easy to follow and reasonably clear. Just had issues with accident description. Price came up and allowed us to pay so cover was done easily online and in the comfort of no lengthy press this answer that press this etc
