Evo Cycles Omdömen

I had the best service from Richard at the Mount Maunganui store. Anytime I go into the store he is there with a smile and any question is not a problem. Always there to help out with his knowledge

EVO Cycles have served us well over a few years now, great specials on sale days and helpful in helping us select and buy several mountain bikes and accessories since 2023. And good with advice and service on bikes and gear.

Staff is very informative, gave us useful advices when we're choosing a bike for kid.

The bike was very easy to assemble! The care taken before sending the bike off was evident. Very easy to follow the ‘how to put bike together’ video was excellent!

On-line purchase - tyres. Good price, speedy delivery

The team here were amazing and gave great service to fix my bike.
100% would come back and look at purchasing next bike with them. Very knowledgeable and great service.

Went in with bike with broken rear derailleur - they said workshop booked for 2 weeks (I am ok with that) - asked for approx repair price - said $450
Went to competition in Silverdale - fixed next day $74

Easy to order, on sale pricing was competitive, quick and efficient delivery. Friendly and helpful service if you need to call.

Knee pads are excellent for supermarket work, nice and comfortable. Very pleased with purchase. Quick delivery. Top rate.

Friendly, informative staff and well resourced shop. No sales pressure applied, just genuine interest in ensuring I chose a product fit for my needs.

The staff are awesome! They're helpful and know their stuff!

Excellent - sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful about replacing our helmets - honest with us and did not try to upsell. Because of this he made two sales. Thank you Evo.

I urgently needed a new bike lock so I jumped online and after a lot of comparing I chose one of the Evo cycles options. I had a very low budget so I was skeptical about what quality my small amount of money was actually getting. It arrived quickly and I was pleasantly surprised. It was great quality with well thought out features. I have bragged about to family and friends

Before I had even committed to buying anything, I was given a full demonstration of the bike carrier by Christian (sorry if I got the name wrong) from Penrose. He demonstrated how to install it and avoid damage to my high brake light cover and even set the whole thing up for me before I left the store. Great service!!

Shittest bike shop of all time
First of all, worst employees and it takes either 1 week or 1 month to do a repair job, Asked for a new chain, charged me a service fee for installation and didnt even size the chain correctly, secondly ordered some parts thru them and it took 1 and a half month, and refused to tell me their supplier, i asked the supplier and they shipped it in 4 days
utterly terrible bike shop.

Top notch customer service!
The person behind the counter (Sorry, I can't remember his name) dropped everything to have a look at my son's bike, and also to replace the tube in my bike tyre for me. So helpful, and the cost was less than expected. The only bike shop I'll ever use. Thank you evo

We received excellent service from this bike shop. We were doing up a bike for a three year old. It had been her big sister's bike and was quite tatty. we went to three other bike shops trying to get a matching white tyre and pink handle grips. We could only get both the tyre and the handle grips in black. These people went out of their way to search out both a white tyre and the pink handle grips and they made one wee girl very, very happy. I sincerely thank these people and highly recommend them.

Very prompt, thorough service and problem solving, I would not hesitate to go to Evo again or refer others

Immanuel from Evo Penrose gave good advice but also gave us space to decide ourselves. Never made us feel that we were wasting his time. Happily recommend

Good communications and prompt service, for online purchases. Good quality product
