No delivery or updates
I placed my order in the beginning of November and still have not received it. I understand the shirt doesn't print right away but even allowing for that, it shipped on December 2nd and here we are almost 3 weeks later with no shirt and no updates. I contacted them and received an automatic reply that I would get a response in 5-8 business days - seriously?!? The response also mentioned that delivery times are delayed and may take up to 25+ working days depending on where you're located!!! Is this a joke?!? This was supposed to be a Christmas gift and clearly won't arrive in time for that (despite stating that it would). Worse yet is that there is no tracking information, so I have no idea if it's even close.
I understand that some shipping delays are inevitable, but taking 2 months or more to deliver a shirt is ridiculous. And shipping without tracking shouldn't even be allowed, but I guess I'm glad I didn't pay more to watch my package not arrive in time. The company also clearly needs to hire more customer support because telling customers you'll get back to them in a week is unacceptable.
I will never do business with this company again.
P.S. I responded to their reply here and still have yet to be contacted over 10 days later...

Never recieved order
Bought two shirts on the 3rd, was told 5-7 days delivery. Never recieved an email confirmation, and the company haven't respond to emails sent on the 13th and 18th. Very frustrating, feel like I've lost out on 70 pound.

I ordered the Anti Facist St Pauli sweater from URSOCOOL. I was so disappointed in the poor quality of the sweater. It looks and feels cheap and it’s so thin it won’t even keep me warm. I’ve ordered plenty from ever press and never had any issues but this is poor. The actual print graphic is great and I love what St Pauli represent as a team. A much better quality sweatshirt would’ve had me raving about it shame to have been so let down.

I also ordered the Liam Payne Shirt. I love the idea but the quality is not great. Very much of an orange tone and so blurry. Definetly not what I expected. What is worse is that I contacted Customer Service and got basically told that I have to live with it or send it back and pay for shipping myself. I support sustanibility but if you do not deliver good quality/what it looks like on your website than you should send a replacement ( I saw some people got good ones so they exist) or pay for the return. This whole thing is just so frustrating because I was so happy when it arrived and so disappointed when I opened it. This Never happened to me before.
Don’t give them your money!!
I ordered a T-shirt from a charity campaign in September, it wasn’t shipped (supposedly) until mid October and then it just never arrived. The tracking I was sent never updated and trying to get a response via email is like pulling teeth! I took to social media to try and get some answers and after two PayPal cases being opened, the second one was settled in my favour yesterday and I finally have my money back almost 3 months later though my own efforts. Zero accountability or customer care. Seriously concerning for the charities involved. Have reported to trading standards as well. Spend your money elsewhere folks!

Did you even read my review? Or was that just a generic response to give the impression that “you’re doing your best.” It’s done, I have my money back, through PayPal, because of my own efforts, and no thanks to you.

I bought the Liam Payne collab t-shirt…
I bought the Liam Payne collab t-shirt and was disappointed in the shirt I received. The design came discolored/orange and was blurry compared to the listing. When I asked for a replacement or refund, I was denied both and told I could pay to return my shirt. Customer service took so long to respond that my purchase exceeded the 30 day return window.

I ordered two items for Christmas
I ordered two items for Christmas, I accidentally put an old address. I emailed them and they assured they had changed it, otherwise I would’ve just asked to cancel the order. My order never arrived, it went to my old address. I’m now trying to contact them regarding my options around this plus another delivery for them which is due to arrive and may potentially go to the old address. Poor response on emails, I’ve had 1 email response, their number does not work as I’ve tried leaving my name and number and no one has called back. So so disappointed and I spent a fair bit of money.

I ordered the Out Of Office cap 6 weeks ago, I was emailed a confirmation and a date in which the campaign ended. I should have received the item over 3 weeks ago. I have tried calling, emailing and instagram to get a hold of Customer service to help. This is very concerning as a customer who has paid money for a gift and has not had any response on any platform.

NIGHTMARE DELIVERY
Unrealible delivery, I've purchased just a cap for a birthday with more than a month in advance, even if the website was stating that it needed just 5 days to get it from the UK to Italy and I've still not received it!! I see it in the UK warehouse since 3 weeks and it never left, NO WAY of contacting Everpress no one is answering me!

My first Liam Payne x Choose Love shirt came and I was very disappointed as it looked nothing like Liam's painting. However, I sent them an enquiry with a photo and they sent me a new one, free of charge. It arrived yesterday and it looks just like Liam's painting!

I ordered the Liam Payne shirt and like a lot of people, it was extremely blurry and orange. Thankfully, I contacted customer service and they were quick to investigate the issue, and sent out a replacement! ❤️
Nach drei Wochen noch immer kein Versand erfolgt
Ich habe am 19. November ein Basecap bestellt, in der festen Annahme, ein schönes Weihnachtsgeschenk gefunden zu haben. Mit der Bestellbestätigung wurde mir mitgeteilt , dass es am 29. November verschickt werden soll, ich dann eine Versandbestätigung erhalte und es innerhalb von 7-10 Tagen bei mir sein sollte.
Seitdem ist nichts passiert, auf Anfragen wurde nicht reagiert. Heute ist nun der 11. Dezember.
Ich werde wohl ein anderes Weihnachtsgeschenk besorgen müssen.
Ich werde hier über den weiteren Verlauf berichten.
Aktueller Stand.
Am 18.12. erhielt ich die Info, dass die Kampagne nicht stattfindet und ich mein Geld erstattet bekomme.
Nach einigem Suchen auf der Homepage habe ich den Hinweis gefunden, dass einige Artikel nur produziert werden, wenn es genug Bestellungen gibt.
Dieser Hinweis sollte unbedingt auf der Bestellbestätigung vermerkt werden.
Wenigstens wurde das Geld zügig erstattet, dafür einen Stern mehr.

What a ‘great’ way to honor Liam’s legacy
My cousin and I love One Direction since we were in high school. Losing Liam still really break us so we decided to get Liam Payne X Choose Love shirt to remember and honor him for what he had done for us. But Everpress printing really disappointed us. We ordered from South East Asia and when she reached out to Everpress to get a refund/replace, the customer service just told us that they couldn’t do anything for us. The shirt was so thin that it can be see through and the printing of Liam’s painting was an absolute joke. For the price we paid ($44x2)+(extra shipping tracker), to ship to South East Asia for us, this is unacceptable. Please reconsider if you want to get the shirts from Everpress.

I’ve been trying and trying to…
I’ve been trying and trying to email/contact them, unfortunately I paid with my PayPal and it was still linked to my old address which sent it there if it has even been dispatched which I’m still trying to get info on..
I have received no help whatsoever or response.
Bought as Christmas gift for my partner which is why I’m annoyed at myself for paying with my PayPal, but considering I contacted in plenty time and it hadn’t been dispatched you’d think there would be more they could of done

Oltre al fatto che la maglietta è di un bel cotone e ben stampata, la mia esperienza con Everpress è stata fantastica per via del loro supporto clienti. Ho avuto un grosso problema con la spedizione - in quanto il corriere italiano (Poste) ha rispedito il pacco al mittente - subito ho contattato Everpress che si è premurata di rinviarmi il pacco senza costi aggiuntivi. Ci ha messo un po' di tempo, ma alla fine ho avuto la mia maglietta. Grazie a Jim del supporto clienti :)
