Ordered a limited t shirt due in March due to be printed / shipped in the 6 April.
From start to finish the service was utterly abysmal. After having to chase them daily for updates and being told they had issue with the printing machine and then being told they were unhappy with the quality of print they had to print again. 5-7 days wait for an email response in this day in age is unacceptable. Tim did his best to be helpful but never really gave me clarity on what was happening. Just vague excuses each time, replies seemed templated. After being told item had been shipped I was provided with a tracking number that advised item was stuck since 2nd April. After daily emails and weeks and months of waiting I asked for a refund. That process was the only thing quick when dealing with this shambles of a company. Stay away if you don’t like a serious headache

Ordered two tshirts which when they arrived were faulty, I returned at my own expense and the items were received back over a month ago and still no refund!
I've sent several emails and only had intermittent replies, I would just like a refund.

Sent the wrong product, charged to return it
I would avoid Everpress if possible. They have a sneaky line in their T&Cs that allows them to send you a similar product if they don't have the one you want in stock.
I ordered (and paid extra for) two premium long-sleeved tees with cuffs and received the standard version which is of far worse quality, and not what I wanted.
No worries I thought, they've made a mistake and I'll let them know. But it turns out that they don't offer free returns, and because their terms say they're allowed to do this, it doesn't class as a mistake for which you get a free replacement or refund.
I was offered a refund for the difference in cost if I wanted to keep the products (a garment type I didn't order in the first place because I didn't want them), or a full refund if I paid postage myself. But I had to send it tracked.
So 6 weeks later, I'm still without the money I paid for the garments, and I'm only just hearing about a refund but have had to pay £6 for tracked postage for the privilege.

Avoid running campaigns
I have ran successful campaigns with everpress and unfortunately this is the third time I am having to chase my payment.
My campaign successfully ended and I had an automated email stating I would receive my payment within 7 working days of my t-shirts being shipped out. My customers have been receiving their items and I still haven’t received any payment so I reached out to customer service. I was then told that payments are made “around 40 days” of your campaign ending and that I needed to wait 19 more days. It has been 40+ days and still nothing.
This is such a shame as the company states they put creators first.
Edit: I have been asked to edit my review 6 times now, it doesn’t fall on Everpress users to help audit email triggers. While I have now received my funds, you have unfortunately missed the mark on:
- communication with creators
- payment after 40 days instead of within
- harassment to change my review

High quality designs, prints and merch
Besides offering a whole array of creative designs from indie artists, I've found Everpress to deliver high quality prints with high quality materials. Really happy with my tees and caps. =)
Fast response and quick fix.
Low Quality Shirts for high pricing
Received 3 different shirts, one of which was supposed to be a different type of shirt according to the listing (classic versus essentials) and all 3 were Gildan heavy cotton shirts with one shirt in particular having a worse screen print quality that already appears washed out. These were shipped out of Carrollton Texas so it is likely a 3rd party partner to get around customs for US shipping but that makes the high cost even more upsetting. I'm still waiting on one last shirt that was shipped out of Europe so hopefully that one at least has a t shirt quality that makes sense for the price.
Update: they reached out and offered a refund for the misprinted shirt as well as the reason for discrepancy in my order versus what arrived. While the explanation was helpful it doesnt fix the core issue that the shirts i received were not high enough quality to be worth the price. So i have raised the review from 1 star to 3 since being overpriced isnt the worst thing a company can do.

I love the products
I love the products. Really different and constantly updating. Quality is amazing, the sweaters are actually a little thicker than I'm used to. Customer support is awesome, they replied way quicker than they predicted and resolved my issue straight away. I have recommended before and will again, a site well worth using and visiting. If you don't like anything this time, go back next week and there will be more.

As a first-time buyer, I had a small issue with my order, but the Everpress team couldn’t have handled it better. They got in touch right away, were incredibly professional, and genuinely cared about making things right (I think his name was Tim). What stood out most was how they actually listened, it was taken seriously, and their solution was both thoughtful and effective.
Mistakes can happen anywhere, but how a company responds says everything. Everpress absolutely nailed it. I’m genuinely impressed and grateful for their kindness, efficiency, and commitment to their customers. Five stars, without hesitation.
Incorrect product, bad customer service, no refund
After my order, I received a T-shirt with a large dark stain around the design. Clearly a production error. Customer service replied politely and offered a replacement or refund. I responded right away, but then nothing: no reply, no new shirt, no refund for six months (I wrote three emails about the issue in total). I used to be a regular customer (10–15 orders), but since a while now, the quality has dropped drastically: crooked prints, wrong sizes, faded colors and poor customer service. Just don't order...
