Absolute let down
Absolute let down, ordered two t shirts on December 25th (when I got tickets for WWE Gdansk for Jan 17th) it said delivery would be between 9th Jan to 15th, still hasn't arrived, my kid was so disappointed that he couldn't wear his favourite wrestler t-shirt to the event, despite this massive let down the event was still good and well recommend going, just buy your merch elsewhere

Ist okay kann man kaufen.
Ich habe ein paar Shirts bestellt. Leider ist der Partner Fanetics und die Qualität der Kleidung ein wenig unter den Erwartungen. Ich habe vor allem am Legado del Fantasma Shirt von Santos etwas auszusetzen, denn hier verschwindet der Aufdruck bereits nach dem ungefähr 15. Waschgang und das finde ich lächerlich. Sah super aus, als ich es ausgepackt habe, aber mittlerweile leider nicht mehr. Ist 3 Monate her. Ein halbes Jahr und 30 mal waschen sollte es schon aushalten.
EDIT: Ich habe auf Grund dieser Rezension eine Rückzahlung erhalten. Das nenne ich Service!

Assistance required as my emails are not being responded to
I am writing to express my disappointment in the last two orders from the WWE Euroshop.
Order number 107-8753-8899 this very expensive item was ordered 23th November 2025, with the ETA being 19th of December at the latest. I had received email notification that the item shipped on the 25th November but the tracking details provided has not moved. The shipment is by Landmark Global (tracking number: LTN416412749) the only update from this tracking number is that the data was received on the 25th November.
The second issue was a later order, the order number is 107-8950-7280 in which I received an item which was damaged in transport.
I have tried contacting the email listed on the Euroshop website, which is also the email listed for customer support in the order confirmation but have received no reply in two weeks.
Please note this rating reflects the above two orders only as the past year I have placed a few orders with the Euroshop and have been very happy with the shipping & service. But these last two times have unfortunately been a severe let down.
With no reply from the emails sent I saw these reviews do get replied to so I am hoping to get these issues resolved please.
