I brought the CM Punk nexus retro top, on the website the logo looks a lot bigger than what I first recieved so I spoke with the WWE shop and told them the logo looks way small than what’s advertised on website, so they sent another which I am grateful for but again the logo looks small compared to the picture on the website so I assume that’s what you get, it’s very disappointing that you don’t get what’s advertised

Quick delivery amazing service

Item was due for delivery on April 29th. Still hasn't been received. Multiple emails to WWE shop and fanatics not responded to. Horrendous experience, customer service the worst for an online selling platform

Have tried unsubscring to emails for months. I've sent a letter demandingbthe right to be forgotten and had absolutely no response. I would.not trust them at all..

You get better quality T-shirts from primark for £2.50. The printing is terrible such low quality it’s like fake Temu quality… can’t believe these are official wwe merchandise. I’m flabbergasted. T-shirts are so thin they’re see through.. sizing is off.. large fits like a medium. Customer service is poor. Scam of a company. AVOID!!!

Terrible customer service that seeks no resolution for the customer and tries to hide behind standard policies even when the customer has to point out the error to them. Please I beg you do not buy with Euroshop. Ebay is good and you support small businesses. As a matter of fact I think Temu customer service and shopping experience is actually better go there, they do better fake versions anyway and cheaper!

Min mor bestilte d. 21. marts 2026 en figur til min søn. Vi har aldrig modtaget figuren, selvom den står til levering mellem d. 27/3 - 8/4. Når vi logger ind på bestillingen, står der stadig "forarbejdning". Pengene er trukket og de svarer ikke på vores mails. Virkelig dårlig service.

Asked to be removed from the mailing list after my belt ordered went missing and my side plates were delayed by 90 days, still getting emails, Fanatics are blaming WWE shop, WWE shop are saying nothing to do with us. The manager said nothing she can do I cannot be unsubscribed so annoying, I'd avoid them for high value items support very bad and will lie at the drop of a hat!

Finally after 6 months of fighting we were told we would receive a refund. Sent the items back by registered post as we don’t trust this company any more, the items were confirmed as received but still no refund which we should have had over a week ago. To be clear: this company now has both our money (over €1000) and the faulty products-keeping both is THEFT. They are saying that PayPal refused to process the refund (the transactions were so long ago now that I’m not a bit surprised and I’m quite sure they knew this is exactly what would happen if they dragged their heels for long enough) We have provided them with the IBAN as an alternative method of payment and they have ghosted us.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, PRODUCTS ARE SUBSTANDARD (expensive replica belts that disintegrate in less than a year) AND THEY WILL GIVE YOU THE ABSOLUTE RUN AROUND FOR A REFUND.

Would give minus 10 stars if I could. Absolutely awful company DO NOT BUY.
Ordered a WWE belt beginning of December for delivery date of end of Jan. It has been delayed FIVE TIMES since. Each time with someone telling me that it should arrive next time, even someone yesterday telling me they cannot see any reason why it won’t be dispatched.

Worst thing is it’s STILL BEEN IN STOCK ONLINE!!! So now they are making a mug out of others too.

They have offered a refund but I want my order, I’ve lost money over the last few months as it was a large amount and could have been accumulating intrest in the bank instead of lining their pockets.

Absolutely discussed.

Spoke to customer services who cannot do anything and have no information.
Someone needs to answer for this and actually admit they are just trying to scam people.

And side note, all those positive reviews that you’ve made people change after a bad experience is LIES

I ordered a t-shirt over a week ago. It should've taken a few days, but for some reason is shipping from U.S.
It has been sitting in London for 7 days with no update.

WWE Euroshop e.wweshop.com is NOT a real shop but a scam. It allows anybody to place an order with a email address that IS NOT CHECKED.
I kindly made them aware that somebody used my email address to place an order with them and they did not even check ! They just shipped the order to the usurper!

After reading the reply by Euroshop (signed Joanna) I add the following (since I cannot reply to a reply):
My bank was not involved, nor any credi card, but I alreadu told you this several times. I did not place the order, the shipment was not made to me. You just accept any email address and proceed with the order WITHOUT CONFIRMATION OF THE EMAIL ADDRESS (which happened to be mine).

Envoi un peu long, frais de livraison un peu cher, colis peu renforcé (mais c'était un T-shirt donc pas de risque de casse) mais au final produit bien reçu et correspondant à mes attentes.
