The Citroën C3 we were given had tyres in very poor condition. The wear was clearly uneven and particularly severe on the outer edge of the tyre, something that should have been identified during a basic safety inspection before the car was rented to a customer. This was especially concerning as we had been driving the car with our family. What made the experience considerably worse was the attitude of the staff when I raised the issue upon returning the vehicle. Instead of taking a legitimate safety concern seriously, checking the tyre properly and acknowledging the problem, their response was dismissive and unprofessional. I did not expect an argument; I expected a responsible reaction to a potentially important safety issue. Rental cars should be inspected carefully before being handed over, and tyres are one of the most basic safety components of any vehicle. Even more importantly, when a customer reports a safety concern, it should be treated seriously and respectfully.
Based on both the condition of the vehicle and the way my concern was handled, I would not rent from this company again and cannot recommend it.

A no fuss car rental company. Friendly and very willing to accommodate any customer requests. We particularly appreciated that they were happy to take us to a point of our choice after we dropped off the car (instead of just having their shuttle van bring us back to the airport). Esperienza pessima e del tutto insoddisfacente. La flotta è composta da veicoli vecchi, malridotti e ben lontani dagli standard minimi di pulizia e igiene. A questo si aggiunge un personale di una scortesia unica, del tutto privo di empatia e professionalità nella gestione del cliente.
Il punto più grave, tuttavia, riguarda la scorrettezza commerciale: mi sono stati addebitati circa 90 € a titolo di "spese di gestione pratica" (Admin Fee) per un presunto e del tutto inesistente "incidente". Il veicolo è stato restituito privo di qualsiasi danno, come ampiamente dimostrato dal materiale fotografico in mio possesso scattato al momento della consegna.
Addebitare costi amministrativi inventati per sinistri mai avvenuti è una pratica predatoria e inaccettabile. Sconsiglio vivamente questo autonoleggio a chiunque cerchi trasparenza e rispetto. Conservo ogni singola prova documentale e fotografica e procederò ad inoltrare formale segnalazione agli organi di tutela del consumatore.

Trovo questo comportamento del tutto scorretto e privo di professionalità: addebitare costi amministrativi per un evento mai verificatosi e privo di riscontri oggettivi è un modo inaccettabile di trattare i clienti.
Sconsiglio vivamente questa compagnia per la mancanza di trasparenza e la gestione predatoria delle contestazioni. Conservo tutta la documentazione fotografica e valuterò la segnalazione agli organi di tutela del consumatore.

Great car hire at Preveza Airport. I booked last minute through CarJet €45 for the week. Absolute bargain. No hidden charges. The ring fenced funds took 30 days to be released from my credit card but they didn't take anything else. We will rent from them again!
