Excellent service!

It was incredible.Car was great,staff was perfect,the office was not hard to find.I would recommend it to everyone who plans to visit Albania.

I had a nice experience with Cargini. The booking process was simple, the staff friendly and helpful, and the car was clean and in perfect condition.

Paid online put our flight number in so they knew when we landed got there guy had a bad attitude was asking for extra money In cash over 4 time the agreed price was asking for deposit on card plus cash deposit. There prices are cheap through a third party app and then when you get there they try to have your pants down. Definitely not worth the headache or hassle. You should be able to pay the deposit when paying on the app so there wouldn’t be not funny business. Gives Albania a bad first impression.

Siamo stati molto ben accolti con il servizio di Rentacar Cargini, ci hanno dato un' auto nuova in ottime condizioni, sono stati molto gentili ed efficiente. Hanno mostrato molta disponibilità e ci hanno accontentato per le nostre richieste, in estate torneremo a Tirana e utilizzeremo ancora il loro servizio.
Dopo 30 giorni abbiamo riavuto la nostra caparra senza problemi.Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti, i miei complimenti a Gerti e a tutto lo staff

No lo recomiendo. Me sentí estafado. Muy mal. Muy descontento. Me he tomado mi tiempo para opinar. Primero alquilamos un coche superior al que nos sirvieron. Si bien era bastante nuevo, pagamos por un coche superior de gama. Íbamos con una niña y la silla para ella, era vieja y muy sucia. El coche funcionó bien. Pero lo peor es que habiendo pagado un seguro premium a todo riesgo a la hora de alquilar el coche con un operador, nos hicieron pagar y en metálico, otro "seguro" premium porque decían, que no se responsabilizaban de la posible grua o accidentes porque el seguro no era suyo, sino de un operador. Empezábamos nuestro viaje y no era tiempo de más discusiones. No sé si contestarán al mensaje y que dirán, pero tengo toda la documentación y fotografías que lo demuestran.

My experience with this car rental was outstanding from start to finish. The service was prompt, friendly, and absolutely professional. The staff were very helpful, answering all my questions.
The car I received was in excellent condition — clean, with a full tank of fuel, and thoroughly checked. The pick-up and drop-off process was quick and hassle-free. Also, the prices were very competitive with no hidden charges.

Die Übergabe war zwar reibungslos, allerdings mit einem anderem Modell, als wir gedacht hatten.
Der Rückfahr+Sensor war defekt, kein Wischwasser und die Leuchte bzgl Reifendruck blinkte auf.
Bei einer Fahrzeugkontrolle mussten wir feststellen, dass wir ohne gültige Versicherung rumgefahren sind. Auf eigene Gefahr hin durften wir weiterfahren, da wir zu dem Zeitpunkt niemanden bei der Mietwagen-Firma erreicht haben.
Bei unserer Unterkunft hatten wir es nochmal versucht. Mit Unterstützung des Rezeptionisten haben wir die korrekte Telefonnummer gefunden.
Der Mitarbeiter am Telefon war nicht sehr freundlich und unterstützend. Es gab eine gültige Versicherung, die uns per WhatsApp gesendet wurde. Anscheinend kann die Polizei selber danach schauen, aber das haben sie bei uns nicht gemacht.
Bei der Rückgabe des Autos haben wir nochmal daraufhin gewiesen, dass gültige Papierw im Auto sein müssen. Aber hatten nicht das Gefühl, dass es ihnen wichtig war.

No se os ocurra alquilar con esta compañía , los coches son viejos, suena porque todos los lados, nos tuvieron que cambiar los frenos al tercer día ( porque no tenían otro coche para darnos, según ellos) al décimo día , el coche nos dejó tiradas, y eso que habíamos pagado un seguro adicional a todo riego por 250€ 12 días, seguro que no nos sirvió de nada, este país tiene unas carreteras bastante precaria y si vas al norte son como puertos de montaña, y estos coches no están a la altura de estas carreteras, en definitiva , yo no alquilaría con ellos nunca más , espero sirva de ayuda esta reseña.

At the end of April 2025, I returned my rental vehicle to Cargini in Bosnia. It has now been over 140 days, yet my security deposit has still not been refunded.

According to the rental agreement, the deposit must be returned within 90 days. This deadline has been significantly exceeded without any valid explanation or communication from Cargini.

I have made multiple attempts to contact the company, both by phone and email, but have consistently been left without any support or resolution. This conduct is not only unprofessional — it also represents a clear breach of contract and constitutes non-performance under applicable contract and consumer protection laws.

I am currently working with a lawyer in Bosnia and collecting all necessary documentation and evidence in order to initiate legal proceedings against Cargini.

This matter is being taken seriously and will be addressed through appropriate legal channels.

Tried to sell insurance which was already included. Additionally they tried to sell another driver which was also included.

They claimed scratches behind which wad luckily documented, but they tried at least.
They claimed scratches below the car. I can't 100% prove it since my camera is too bad but therefore I wanted to see the previous report of the driver before me. They declined and mentioned that the insurance doesn't want to see it. It's not about the money, it about principles. Even after I wanted to speak to the manager they declined. I had to call the police and after that the manager was ready to speak.

I am totally fine to pay my damages (I have insurance anyway) but since they fighted so strong against me I strongly assume a scam. Carful.

Easy,reliable and affordable. Very reasonable price

Rented in Corfu this August. Great car (virtually new Sandero), attentive and responsive service. Showed great flexibility and understanding. There was a scratch on return and their charge was very reasonable (and we were easily able to reclaim the cost from our insurance company).

Attenzione!: I rented a car in Santorini on July 12th. I paid a €600 deposit, which was never returned. Today, September 4th, they initially said they'd check, but then they never responded. I contacted a lawyer.
Attenzione ho noleggiato l'auto il 12 luglio a Santorini ho pagato 600 euro di cauzione e none li hanno ancora restituiti all'inizio dicono che controllano poi non rispondono più alle mail. Ho contattato un avvocato .
Aggiornamento:Dopo la recensione e e-mail con cui comunicavo che mi sarei rivolto ad un avvocato e passati 2 mesi dal noleggio mi hanno restituito la caparra
