Items delivered to first floor flat no problem. Only critism would be, they phoned 45 minutes before delivery and no previous contact. Luckily I was local otherwise would have no idea they were coming.

This was an order for my elderly 87…
This was an order for my elderly 87 year old mum in law.. told delivery would be between 5 and 8pm ( which was bad enough for a lady who gets very tired and often goes to bed early. Had a call at 7pm telling me they would be an hour.. The lorry didn't turn up till nearly 10pm! Not impressed with service at all

Polite, Respectful and Careful
Alan delivered our furniture in an exemplary manner. He was kind and polite. He rang ahead to let me know when he was coming and turned up when he said he would. He was careful in the house and took away the damaged unit in the same packaging that he delivered its replacement.
