Hi there,
Our experience was very disappointing. We had to reschedule a delivery, and had to chase multiple times. In the end, I complained to DFS. This seemed to work
as within 2 days I was contacted with a new delivery slot, c. 3 weeks after the initial date.
I was told the drivers only visited our location evry 7-10 days!
The day before the delivery, we were contacted 3 times to change the delivery slot. On the day of the delivery we were phoned 1hr after our 3hr slot to say the drivers were running late.
Overall, a very poor service - I would not recommend using them!

Delivery men were on time
Delivery men were on time, very pleasant and polite and put the boxes exactly where we asked them to. The only downside is that it was raining at the time and they made no attempt whatsoever to clean/dry their shoes. The hallway and dining room floors were absolutely filthy by the time they left.

The delivery team were very polite and…
The delivery team were very polite and helpful.
They seemed to think that they weren’t supposed to unpack all the items even though the delivery note said unpacking was included. When I pointed this out, they did unpack the units.

Pre delivery call at 06:15 on a saturday?????
Delivery was on the day I expected. But the pre-delivery call at 6:15 was fairly unreasonable on a saturday. This resulted in a 6:45 delivery - again on a saturday! The time slot was from 7 am onwards - so I wouldn’t have expected a call before 7.

Driver was quite rude
Driver was quite rude, as he was in a hurry. HIs assistant more pleasant, but I had to help him carry one box some distance - not really what you expect when paying for delivery

Had a problem trying to rearrange delivery but on the whole well pleased with EU fleet, the two men who delivered the product were really good and efficient.
