Ich möchte mich herzlich bei der Wrangler-Kundendienst bedanken.
Beim Kauf eines Produkts achte ich nicht nur auf die Qualität, sondern auch darauf, wie die Marke nach dem Kauf eventuell auftretende Probleme löst und die Anliegen und Schwierigkeiten des Kunden berücksichtigt. Kundenzufriedenheit ist für mich von größter Bedeutung. Leider gab es bei meiner letzten Bestellung ein Problem, das zwar teilweise meine Schuld war, aber die Wrangler-Kundendienstmitarbeiterin bot mir viele Lösungen an. Wir vermieden die üblichen, oft lästigen Probleme, wie z. B. Gespräche mit automatisierten Systemen am Telefon, arrogante und unhöfliche Callcenter-Mitarbeiter oder endlose E-Mails. Das Problem wurde genau so gelöst, wie ich es mir gewünscht hatte. Deshalb möchte ich Wrangler und Frau Maryam für ihren exzellenten Service danken. Ich kaufe seit 20 Jahren Wrangler-Jeans und schaue mir keine anderen Marken und Preise an. Solange dieser Service so bleibt, werde ich bis an mein Lebensende Jeans von Wrangler kaufen.

Nie ma mozliwosci wygenerowania etykiety zwrotu, w instrukcji jest napisane, ze trzeba drukowac etykiete i nalpic ja na rzesylke, do tego ponosi sie odpowiedzialnosc, za uszkodzenie w czasie przesylki. Ludzie, gdzie wy zyjecie. Szkoda, ze nie zobaczylem wczesnie tych opinii na trustpilot. NIGDY WIECEJ WRANGLER.PL !!!

Excellent Aftersales Service.
I ordered two items, a shirt and a jacket. Shirt fitted well but the jacket, a little tight, so decided to return. I struggled a bit finding the same jacket so rang Wrangler UK in Nottingham and spoke to Izabella. She expedited my return process so I didn't have to download the returns label, she searched for the same jacket one size larger but it was out of stock. Izabella then found me something very similar, included it in an email along with a discount code as it was a little bit more expensive, AND she found the exact item on Amazon for me in case I wasn't pleased with her recommendation. Talk about great service. Wow.

Wrangler quality has disappeared
First time wearing new pair of boot cut jeans and within 2 hours the thin cheap jean material tore down the seam right beside the zipper. Would recommend finding a better quality brand to purchase jeans from. Wrangler isnt what it used to be.

Low bold boot jean
The pair of jeans I bought fit very well and look gorgeously. They are extremely comfortable. I was looking for low bold boot jeans and the ones are exactly I dreamed of. The chart with size and the description of the product is perfect so I had no problem with finding my jeans.

Pleasantly Surprised
Further to a previous review i wrote a few days ago ( and have now deleted
) in which i expressed that i was worried after reading the reviews on Trustpilot, i can now report that i was worrying unnecessarily. My order arrived safely yesterday and the jeans i ordered Texas non stretch stonewashed, from what i can see are of good quality and are a perfect fit. A lesson learned by me not to be too quick to judge based on what others write, wait to see for myself.

Non è la qualità che mi aspettavo da Wrangler
Ho acquistato un paio di Larston High Stretch Slim Tapered Jean – Deep Ink aspettandomi la qualità che da sempre associo al marchio Wrangler. Purtroppo l’esperienza è stata decisamente deludente.
Dopo appena due lavaggi, effettuati nel pieno rispetto delle istruzioni riportate in etichetta, il jeans ha iniziato a presentare evidenti striature bianche localizzate sul tessuto nero. Il colore non si è scaricato in modo uniforme, ma in maniera irregolare, come se il capo non fosse stato tinto correttamente in fase di produzione.
Un deterioramento così evidente dopo un utilizzo minimo è inaccettabile per un prodotto di questa fascia di prezzo. Ancora più deludente è stata la gestione dell’assistenza: la richiesta di garanzia è stata respinta attribuendo il problema a un presunto lavaggio scorretto, nonostante siano state seguite scrupolosamente tutte le indicazioni.
Mi aspettavo standard qualitativi e attenzione al cliente ben diversi. Al momento, non mi sento di consigliare questo prodotto né l’esperienza di acquisto complessiva.

Dopo aver rivisto attentamente il suo caso, possiamo confermare che la sua richiesta è stata gestita seguendo la procedura standard: il prodotto è stato sottoposto al nostro dipartimento Qualità per una valutazione approfondita.
Sulla base degli esiti dell’analisi effetuata, il deterioramento riscontrato è stato classificato come danno derivante dalla normale cura e manutenzione del capo e non come difetto di fabbricazione.
Per questo motivo, il reparto Qualità non ha potuto accogliere la richiesta di garanzia.
Comprendiamo che questa non sia la risposta che sperava di ricevere e ci dispiace sinceramente per il disagio.

Steer well clear
Ordered some jeans on Sunday, paid £4.95 delivery and by the end of Monday, not despatched. As a comparison, ordered some running shoes from Sportshoes.com this afternoon and they've already been despatched. Online orders used to be free delivery, now they've got us trapped, we have to pay for an unacceptable service. Now a day further on and still no delivery update. Based on other reviews that I have only just looked at, I personally would stay away from this site. I will give it another day and then TRY to get a refund. Others have tried and failed.

Good quality and fit jeans and very good customer service
Wearing mostly Wrangler jeans because of quality and fit. These particular Blue Bell jeans had a flaw and tore along the seam of the back pocket. Contacted service desk and was pleasantly surprised that this company will stand for its quality. After a refund I will order a new pair. Great service.

JeansGreat, cargo pants just for show
Jeans, excellent quality, but mens cargo pants, absolutely the worst designed possible. They fit great, but cargo pockets, whatever style are useless to keep anything but a cloth or something soft. Harder things irritate the knee causing extreme discomfort. Cargo Pockets should be higher than they are on this brand of pant.
