Purchased an outfit from their luxe range . Such bad quality stitching that its all come away just after the first wear. And so disapointed at the lack of help from the brand . money gone to waste . Would never recommend to anyone .

I ordered three suits from Ethnic. One of the suits was fine, but I was very disappointed with the other two. On one suit, one sleeve was much bigger than the other, while the other sleeve was smaller, which showed poor stitching and quality control. The third suit became damaged after only two washes, and I noticed that the sleeve had ripped.

Considering how much we pay for these clothes, the quality is very disappointing. We spend our money and time waiting for the orders, but the clothes do not seem to be made to a good standard.

I also ordered an outfit for Eid and wore it only once. When I checked it afterwards, I noticed that the fabric and quality had already become poor. I do not understand what is happening with Ethnic, but my recent experience has been very disappointing. I expected much better quality for the price. I feel that I have wasted my money and time.

Sizes are completely different in person to what is described in product description. So disappointed, false advertisements of sizes.

Ordered in May damaged item arrived sent back in may received by them now July still no refund contact them so many times on WhatsApp and phone calls emails very bad customer service I spent a lot of money with them. They have confirmed they received the item back but no refund still please improve this service otherwise you will lose a lot of customers.

Just an update: I am still waiting for my refund from Ethnic. Their customer service has been nothing short of appalling. I would strongly caution overseas Pakistanis against placing their trust in this company. They have demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic business ethics.

When a company fails to deliver on its commitment, the very least it should do is offer to resend the order or promptly issue a refund. Instead, they have chosen to prolong a simple matter, leaving customers to chase what is rightfully theirs. This level of disregard for customers is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on the company's integrity.

Never buy from them they have doggy size guid and fake tag line that their cloths are for basic Pakistani women body shape . I bought their articles online and i am deadly disappointed that non of them was peefect sizing at all. I am size xl and guess what? They do not do the sizes after large 😆😆😆😆 but they claimed their sizes are made with tolerance so even a xl can wear size large which is fake and doggy statement cuz non of their sizes are peefect for sizing as they described. They have very difficult polices of returning like, 1: sales items can not be return and exchange until it has fault in it. 2: when u sending something back u have to send it on ur own no free returning. 3: if they refund ur money they will cut their postage first. Plz plz plz do not buy from them they are waste of money and time

I was very dissatisfied with the quality of the clothes, the fabric, and the finishing. Trying to return the items is a huge hassle. They ask for multiple pictures, a lot of back and forth, etc. Then you have to take it to the post office and send the customer service agent a picture of the receipt that you have mailed the item via USPS. Despite of all of this hassled, you do not hear from them and have to wait forever to receive your refund.

Awful customer services , no one gets back to you . I was sent a suit with half the bead work missing !! For such a big brand this is totally unacceptable!!! They ignore your emails. I have recently brought soo many suits from here but will never purchase again and will tell all my friends and family to not buy from here again !! Still waiting for someone to contact me back !!

Horrible Customer Experience. Product did not fit and I asked for return. They said they emailed the label but I never received the return label in my inbox. I sent 3 follow-up emails asking where should I look for return label - they did not response either. Please do not purchase online products from this vendor as you will not be able to return.

You would think a company like Ethnc (UK) would have a better returns system, good customer service and their own return facility. However, no, not true. They use another company to send items and process the return.

The sizing is big. A size XS should fit a 6-8 (UK), as it is the smallest size they offer. However it could fit a size 10-14 (UK). So, if you are a smaller size, you'll find clothes are big and oversized. It might work for you, as that is the style. Now on to the material, it is quite thin. But, I understand lawn can be thin when it comes to some brands. However, cut outs do not have backing underneath even. You'll have to wear something underneath and it will be noticeable. Although I'm not sure why most of their items are lawn or cambric fabric types, which are thinner and see through. I would expect more of a range of fabric for a brand which is prices as high as they are. The trousers can be long for some people, some styles and shorter for some people, other styles. So, it can be confusing.

I returned most of the items, reasons which are above. I have returned their goods in good order, some not even tried on. I packed the items perfectly with the labels above, so it would be easier for the staff to process. Added the returns paper inside. If you are lucky to get your returns processed, it takes weeks (sometimes 3 weeks) for it to be processed from their outsourced returns facility. You wouldn't get a notification before this even to say your turn has reached them or that it is being processed. The facility can make mistakes and not process all your returns.

Customer service try and help. Have they refunded me. No. Waited months. Emailed, no reply. Called and called, with a confirmation of the refund and no refund in the bank account. I have been nice to customer service, but still did not see a return receipt or a refund. I get the same message, investigating. I'll call again, you'll get your refund in x days. Nothing appears in the back account. I do this time after time. It's hard to get through to customer service in the morning. Customer service hang up the phone, or it cuts off after 8 minutes, weirdly. But, they don't call back, so you have to call again. But, they don't call back, so you have to call again. They add waiting music, if they need to talk to a manager, but the phone cuts off. Everything, but sending my money back to me.

My advice to Ethnc is to have their own warehouse in the UK to ensure better service (like other Pakistani brands who are now in the UK). Have a better customer service process, phone calls should be transparent and Ethnc should communicate with their outsourced facility centre, answer emails within 5 working days, returning customers money once refunds have been processed and a timescale for refunds (like other Pakistani brands in the UK). As there are many negative reviews, I'm hoping they will contact the fulfillment centre to question why there are issues with processing and refunds, especially as Ethnc is using Synergy Retail Support Ltd. These will be the reasons they'll lose an online customer base in the UK.

Refuse to shop with them now, especially online.

My advice to customers is to buy instore. Remember items are more expensive than last year, but this is true in Pakistan, too. Try items on and inspect them whilst in-store before buying. Make sure you like the items and look at the details like cut outs. Keep the receipt safe, ask for a physical copy.

If you want to buy online, look at the fabric types. Zoom into pictures to see if they are see through. Look at the size chart before buying. Remember to take pictures/ videos of the items/ parcel. Keep the delivery receipt from the post office, you'll need that. It can take week and weeks (3-5 weeks) for returns to be processed, not the 72 hours they note on their website. Otherwise, you'll have hound their customer service with no result most times, unless you are an influencer, I guess.

This is specifically ethnic online. When you receive your clothes, they're significantly different from what they show online. When you try to return, not only have you paid nearly £5 for delivery, you then have £5 deducted from your refund to pay for the return!!!! You can't even return to store so paying for a return is your only option! Absolutely ludicrous and bang out of order. Never again.

I recently ordered three dresses online from the US website of Ethnic and I am extremely disappointed with my experience. The quality of the fabric is very poor — the material is extremely thin, rough, and feels cheap, almost like a third-copy version of a branded product.

This was very surprising and frustrating because when I shop in person at Ethnic stores in Pakistan, the fabric quality is completely different — much better, comfortable, and worth the price. However, the online order I received does not match that standard at all.

Unfortunately, my overall experience with their online shopping service has been very bad. I did not expect such low-quality items from a brand like ethnic .I hope they improve their quality control for online orders, as this was a very disappointing purchase.

Pathetic customer service, been 2 days sending them emails about return request and not responding. XS size has 19 inch shoulders whereas their size chart says its 14.5inch

Very bad experience really i bought the dress and its small I return it same day same packages ,they didn't refund its very expensive dress, no email reply no call answer, very very disappointing please don't buy from ethnics website. They are fraud big scam.

I ordered a package and paid it in full. When I received it I noticed that one item was missing. I repeatedly tried to contact costumer service but they decided to ignore me altogether. Their service is abysmal.
This is far from over. I will involve legal action if required, not because of one piece but because of the principle of it.
Do not buy from that shop!

I'm trying to reachout to them. It's been 17 days I have not received my order its a paid order. I'm reaching out vai email, insta and call. They are not responding to them.
