I was really nervous at the beginning when I placed my order for Eid ul fitr. However when my daughters dress arrived I was in awe😍! Absolutely gorgeous outfit and the stitching and fabric is beautiful. I definitely will be placing another order for Big Eid 🤗.
In sha Allah I recieve it before Eid 🙌🏽

Very very disappointed! Been 20 days and haven't recvd the order. No update

I bought a dress in olive green for my daughter and after wearing just for one day its all silk from sleeves was torn by rubbing with a Low standard lace. My daughter is 4 yrs old. The dress was of 10k and it’s not wearable again what a fraud you do with ur clients. Plz return the money bcz material you use is very cheap specially laces

I ordered 1 and a half month before Eid. The order did not arrive before Eid although they kept saying it would. Bad bad experience! would not recommend at all!

This is the second time I’ve ordered from kastoor and I’m really happy with the service. They made sure to deliver my order before Eid each time which shows good customer service. Their designs are brilliant and prices are affordable too! Will deffo be ordering again

I liked it much but recieved bit late.

The website says orders will be delivered in 15 business days, but its been 15 days and the order has not been delivered. Extremely delayed responses over the email and no response to WhatsApp or calls. Trust the other 1 star reviews.

Great experience

i have been ordering from them for last 3 years every eid. they didn't even bother to reply if u have any concers about my order. stitching is too bad xs size looks like large. if you're paying 50 grand for 4 suits you don't expect such shitty fabric. In that price you can get nice designer suits.

A lot of the reviews for Kastoor are quite negative which initially made me anxious about the order I placed but I just wanted to leave a review on my experience with Kastoor as it was quite a positive experience.

The delivery took longer than advertised by a few days but it maybe due to a busy period (Eid). The only negative thing I have to say is the customer services team not responding, I chased the delivery a few times as I could see it had not been dispatched and they only replied weeks later once the item had been dispatched, hence the 4* review instead of 5.

The clothes themselves are absolutely lovely, much better than I expected after having read the reviews, for the price paid and what I received I think it was perfect. I ordered 3 outfits in total, one for myself and 2 children’s for my little girls, (1&3) the quality did not lack with the children’s and the sizes are perfect. So very pleased, we’re excited to wear them for Eid, all matching. Lovely concept and we will definitely be ordering with Kastoor again.

Stitching is soo bad my dress is too big and my daughter dress is too small service too slow.. Also no one you rply on social media account very difficult to contact with you worse service..it was my first experience but really bad

Very poor quality of clothes. The photos and ads are flashy and beautiful and the clothes delivered are horrendous quality. Do not buy.

Poor communication, no replies to messages until they tag them on social media. No calls are answered. They can improve their services if they want global customers.

Your delivery is too late that I recently cancelled my oder because its not delivered to me before Eid and now I oder from an other brand

I used to be so fond of the clothes from kastoor but they literally test your patience; first with their prolonged delivery, then pathetic customer service and lastly after spending a hefty amount expecting quality in fabric and stitching, what you end up receiving is such poor piece of farmer.

Extremely poor service. I have never experienced such bad service ever. They are so bad at responding after countless phone calls, emails, text messages and I never received my order.

Poor meeting delivery target. Poor in responding to messages and emails.
