Have had both hips replaced in 2024 and 2025 successfully.Now having knee pain but Don't want to use opioids too much so thought I would try Turmeric.

No response to my queries
I’ve tried to enquire via various platforms (phone, email, website and Instagram) to ask for written evidence regarding the amount of EPA/DHA in their Omega 3 supplement, but have had no answer every time. I have used their Omega 3 for myself and my family in the past, but am very concerned that this company does not appear to disclose this evidence. I am very unhappy to be ignored and feel reluctant to use their products or trust them enough to recommend them to others seeing as it appears that they will not supply any evidence.

We are really sorry to hear about this. While individual reactions can occasionally vary, this isn't a reaction we would typically expect at the recommended dose. In future if you'd like to try again, we recommend taking it with your largest meal of the day, or the capsule can be opened and half the contents taken with food or drink.

Better sleep…
I have been using the magnesium taurate for 6 weeks now. I have tried others but this one has definitely helped me with my sleep. I have several hours sleep without waking which is a vast improvement for me and hope this will get even better the longer I take it.
I also chose it because I have paroxysmal AF and magnesium is good for heart health.
I like that the ingredients are good quality and no nasty stuff and the company has good ethics , postage is also fast. A very good product.

A quality natural product without nasty ingredients. I use the Ethical Nutrition multivitamins daily since I had a cancer diagnosis 2025. I have found that I am healing better and feeling much more energetic since surgery and recovered well after chemo.
I contacted Ethical nutrition about my vitamin needs and was given an honest answer. No hard sales or anything else like that. I subscribed to save money snd have had punctual monthly vitamins arrive before I have used up the bottle so all in all a very positive experience! I highly recommend this product and company. It is great to be supporting a British small company too. Win Win.
