Tentatively bought yet another brand of magnesium in an attempt to manage sleep. Have struggled for the past ten years, waking early in the morning and unable to settle back. You name it, I've tried it. However, to my delight and astonishment, this brand does the trick entirely. I discovered that taking two, at least 3-4 hours before sleep time, yields the best results. I don't wake up during the early hours quite so often, but when I do, I can fall back asleep really quickly. My husband has started pinching two as well, so it looks like I might need to double up on the subscription. Subscription takes the cost down considerably, too. Have recommended them to so many others, and those who take them are also telling others. I think it might be the ‘taurate’ ingredient that makes the difference - whatever it is, I'm so grateful—beginning to feel sparks of my old self after years of battling with sleeplessness.
