*Actually* clean iron bisglycinate!

One of the few places that does clean iron bisglycinate, even some other brands that claim to still have at least one binder in it like magnesium stearate. I can’t tolerate traditional binders/fillers in supplements and I can’t take ferrous fumarate/sulphate or liquid iron, but I seem to be tolerating these fine (and as someone with severe endometriosis, this is huge). I love that they’re an ethical UK brand, too. Thanks!

You’ve touched on exactly why we started Ethical Nutrition. We firmly believe that binders like Magnesium Stearate or Silicon Dioxide simply don't belong in a health produce; especially for those with sensitive systems.

Brilliant

Their products are amazing, great value and the customer service is also great. I emailed due to a bag of pecans that had burst open in transit and they offered to resend, or refund. I chose refund as I will definitely be ordering again and will order more then.

The macadamias are the best price on the market and they’re not all broken pieces either, walnuts, crystallised ginger, crystallised pineapple, raisins/sultanas, all amazing quality. Their chocolate coated raisins are the best, too! Definitely recommend.

No response to allergen related emails

Unfortunately, their customer service doesn’t seem to exist. I sent an email on the 24th Feb re: their felt tip eyeliner and velvet mascara, requesting confirmation of ingredients due to the mascara formula ingredients on the Zao website being the F3 formulation, but the description listing shea butter.

I emailed to check to see if their current warehouse stock is definitely the F3 formula, and to double check that the eyeliner doesn’t contain those ingredients. I received no response to that email nor my follow up email sent 3rd Mar.

There are so few makeup products for the eyes that are acrylate and shea free, so to not have a response from a is really disappointing.

Fix your payment issues!

Apparently this has been a problem since you split from the big W but you supposedly “finished” overhauling your IT system last year…

Wouldn’t accept my credit card, finally accepted my debit card, tried to check out a couple more items before cut off and it wouldn’t accept it. No matter how many times I deleted and added back my debit card it wouldn’t work. Plus, after approving via my bank TWICE for my credit card, it still said ‘we couldn’t take payment’! At the very least you should accept PayPal payments for grocery orders instead of just George if your card service can’t be relied on!

Thank god I rarely use Asda if this is what people have to deal with.

Can no longer see reviews

Can no longer see reviews and everything is 5* now which is misleading. Also means you can’t see if other people have enjoyed specific items from restaurants but have had bad experiences with others eg a restaurant that does pizza and kebabs, the pizzas may not be good but the kebabs are great. Now impossible to know. Awful decision by just eat to not only reset star ratings and make them inaccurate but now make you unable to make informed decisions, this also puts people’s health at risk if specific dishes have ingredients that aren’t listed, like a random bit of cheese or glace cherry in a curry.

Meadowhall Eny. M was absolutely amazing in helping me find a concealer for a recent major breakout, I struggle due to being so fair skinned that most products are orange, but she was amazing in testing them for me. I'm in a wheelchair so she served me at the back counter as it's easier to get to and manoeuvre. She even grabbed some razor blades for me when I didn't realise they were near the front of the store. Being disabled makes shopping difficult but she was lovely and didn't talk down to me. Thank you

Screen protector s23u AVOID

Screen protector for S23 Ultra is terrible. Has a grid pattern that is visible even when screen is on. Adhesive is only on the edges and because it's too small means it isn't secure and doesn't bond like it says on the packaging. There is a visible rainbow line on each side because of the adhesive. The black lines mean you have to choose if you want part of the top or bottom of the screen to be covered because it is too small. The fingerprint sensor circle constantly looks like there's grease trapped under it even after rubbing for a minute as per instructions. I didn't know it had the circle thing, because I wouldn't have ordered it if I did. Honestly awful and a waste of money. So glad I got the other one in the 3 for 2, so only £13 wasted.

Stay far away.

Didn't think to look at trust pilot before ordering and what a mistake that was. Absolutely terrible company and have had to now dispute through my bank. I have sent multiple emails with responses ranging: 20/03/23 the items had been sent (but no tracking information was provided despite the seller saying I would receive this), then 04/04/23 it has been delayed & sent but still no tracking information, I asked for information regarding this or for a refund to be sent. Then I had no response until I emailed again on 07/04/23 to which they responded to on 11/04/23 saying I would have a refund between 5-10 working days. Emailed again on 27/04/23 because I still haven't received my refund and have had 0 response. Disgusting and don't know how they're still 'functioning' as a company if everyone is having the same problem.

Customer service??

Spoke to someone on the online chat on the 12th August enquiring about the weight limit on one of the beds, the chat agent was lovely but explained that they couldn't find out and they'd have to call someone else about it. I said that was fine, I'll leave my email, could you get back to me tomorrow or next week, to which they responded that that would be fine.

They never got back to me. I sent a further message last week and still have had no response. So much for their 24hr aim to respond to enquiries.

Customer service is amazing!
I've recently moved house and put the wrong address on, so I called customer service because it was returned to sender and the person on the phone was lovely and sorted it so quickly for me to be resent today! I'm autistic and struggle on the phone but it was fine, even for me! Would thoroughly recommend

Product quality has declined

Product quality has declined. Less than 6 months after getting the EKTORP 3 seat, the back cushions have essentially crumbled and the seat cushions have flattened. The fabric quality has also declined. Had one of these sofas before and the cushions lasted and stayed nice and firm for years.
