No response to allergen related emails
Unfortunately, their customer service doesn’t seem to exist. I sent an email on the 24th Feb re: their felt tip eyeliner and velvet mascara, requesting confirmation of ingredients due to the mascara formula ingredients on the Zao website being the F3 formulation, but the description listing shea butter.
I emailed to check to see if their current warehouse stock is definitely the F3 formula, and to double check that the eyeliner doesn’t contain those ingredients. I received no response to that email nor my follow up email sent 3rd Mar.
There are so few makeup products for the eyes that are acrylate and shea free, so to not have a response from a is really disappointing.
