It has been dealt promptly, efficiently and the claims handler laure was really helpful and supportive. I never had such good claims experience so far

Straight forward and easy to set up.

Now the proof will be when I need them because others have let me down badly

I had a lot of trouble finding cycle insurance because a lot of companies want you to keep your bike in the house, garage etc , I can’t do this. I only have a shed and most companies want your bike to be fixed to an immovable object in the shed which I haven’t got. Eventually I found this company that didn’t stipulate this. Brilliant at last a company that I can use

Purchasing a bicycle recovery policy was very straight forward and incredibly reasonable. It was a no-brainer for some peace of mind when commuting a decent distance to work. At least now I know I won't be stranded. I've not yet had to try calling them out for recovery, but the policy purchase process itself couldn't have been easier.

Having been rescued by a Good Samaritan from a puncture in the middle of nowhere, that I couldn’t fix by the side of the road, I decided that roadside recovery cover is a necessity. Setting up was straight forward, aside from the date setting mechanism being a bit clunky The price seems very reasonable and the reviews generally positive.

It was all fine, except that the pause between my last entry and the time expired notice was far too short. For a procedure this advises you to check the frame of your bicycle to find the frame number, a much longer interval is neede. And as nothing was saved, I then had to start all over again, and very nearly decided to go elsewhere.

I came across ETA Cycle Rescue because I am a member of theAA, and asked if they provided breakdown service for members who may be using their bicycle instead of their car. No was the answer.

I then google searched for a bicycle breakdown service and found ETA CycleRescue! For £24 a year, an absolute bargain!

I paid for one year and paid for my daughter to be covered too by CycleRescue.

After paying for her, I would recommend all women cyclists to subscribe to CycleRescue, because if they got a flat tyre or other problem in a desolate area...! That is the assurance I have now with my daughter when she goes out on her bike. I'm not being patronising to women in the slightest. £24 is a small price to pay for being extracted out of a potentially dangerous situation.

Even if one woman or girl was saved from a dangerous situation by my recommendation, then that would be brilliant.

The ETA have once again sorted everything out smoothly and expediently for me after I was hit at speed from behind by a driver while I was cycling home form work. Tristan, the agent that was handling my claim was great and he and the team helped me to get a replacement bike ordered. Would recommend 100%

It was so easy to set up cover for my e-bike.
I now have peace of mind that my bike is covered should anything untoward happen.

when my mobility scooter broke down and i tried calling them for help i was told they could'nt find me on the systum and would'nt send a brake down truck to help me

I have taken out ETA bike insurance on the recommendation of a friend. He used the service recently and told me how pleased he was with it. From his bike breaking down to being taken home, all within 2 hours. £24 a year seems incredible value for this insurance.

Very simple to set up. No tech questions, just basic I.D. required. The only annoying thing was the date of birth section. Having to arrow back forty plus years to find the correct date was a bit of a bind, much easier to type it straight in.
