Ich hatte Probleme mit meiner Bestellung, da diese laut Zusteller zugestellt war aber das war nicht der Fall. Der Kundenservice hat sofort geantwortet und sich um alles gekümmert. Als sich bei Klarna die Zahlung immer noch nicht aktualisiert hatte schrieb ich und 12h später war es auf Klarna aktualisiert. Super Kundenservice!

Still waiting for my parcel from the UK. LEFT ON 23 JULY 2024 with advice I would receive in 5 days. Now 20 August 2024 and still no parcel. Not happy!! Would not recommend.

Useless delivery service with no accountability …
A nightmare to get my parcel from JCrew delivered. Two ‘failed attempts’ when in reality the driver didn’t bother getting out of their car. The second time I waited on street level only to get an email that the package was as unsafe to leave. Lies. The I tried to provide a new address for the third attempt because after that the item would be returned to the USA. Many emails and phone calls later they confirmed the new address. Nope! Third attempt at same original address. Basically this is a laissez faire business model. They do nothing, take no responsibility and let the chips (or in this case packages) fall where they may.

I received a dress for my partner from….
I received a dress for my partner from Victoria’s Secret mini dress with zipper cost 62.t1 euros plus 10 euros from delivery.it was supposed to arrive before July 16 but eventually arrived July 26. The dress arrived with holes in the back and it was not Victoria’s Secret but a company called Lascanas. It seems to me to be a rip off!

È la prima volta che ordino con Victoria’s Secret EUA, attratta dei prezzi alla metà in rispetto al sito italiano, e che dire? Fantastico🤩! Per prima cosa le tempistiche, era previsto per il 26/07 e mi è arrivato oggi il pacco, addirittura 3 giorni in anticipo. Poi gli operatori, sempre gentili e precisi nel rispondere alle mie domande (avevo paura che non mi arrivassero in tempo i prodotti). Poi avevo ordinato 8 prodotti tra creme e body splash, sono arrivati in perfetta condizioni, tutti protette, ogni uno con una scatolina di protezione. Primo acquisto e una bellissima esperienza. Lo consiglio al 100%!!! Grazie eShopWorld, siete fantastici. 🫶🏽
